Special containment procedures: SCP-4528 is to be kept in a 5m x 5m x 5m containment cell with 7 inch thick walls of reinforced steel located in site 19, no windows are to be present. Cameras are to be present and on at all times. Its cell is to be guarded by no fewer than 2 guards at all times. Item is only to be removed from containment with permission from level 4 personnel or higher for testing. All tests are to be remotely monitored. SCP-4528 is to be provided 2 meals a day, though no metal silverware is to be provided during its meals. It is to be provided toiletries and running water. The entity's containment cell must be cleaned once every 3 weeks. While cleaning is occurring, the entity will be temporarily moved to another containment cell of the same description.
SCP-4528 is generally very cooperative with foundation personnel, however changes in behavior are to be with met with elevated force. No foundation personnel are to directly contact SCP-4528 under any circumstances during these changes. In the event that SCP-4528 becomes aggressive, The entity is to be tranquilized or to be administered knockout gas, once the entity awakens it is generally calm and compliant and goes back into custody with little resistance.
Description: SCP-4528 is a female humanoid with blue skin, white hair and dark blue eyes, measuring at 2.1 meters (6.8ft) in height. It has a build of a human female in her twenties, though the entity's age is unknown. It is typically friendly or playful with almost all foundation personnel. It is
occasionally even flirtatious or seductive towards male personnel, usually males in their twenties or thirties. Most foundation personnel seem to react positively towards its friendly behavior and in some cases, personnel even have a more positive outlook on life after interacting with SCP-4528.
SCP-4528 does not seem to need sleep or rest, although it usually does sleep, it does not give the entity extra energy.
The entity was discovered in the town of ██ on █/█/20█, It was found by law enforcement in the nearby woods after locals had reported loud crying and screaming coming from that area. It was found in an old cabin crying in the corner next to a dead women who was its mother. The entity went into foundation custody with very little resistance.
SCP-4528 has 2 different "forms" that are referred to as SCP-4528-1 and SCP-4528-2.
Instances of SCP-4528-1 occur when the entity becomes angry, stressed or is attacked. SCP-4528-1 has red eyes and is taller than the original entity, it has increased strength and agility with doubled muscle mass. Instances of SCP-4528-1 generally last for a few hours before reverting back the original entity.
Instances of SCP-4528-2 occur when the entity is extremely sad or stressed. SCP-4528-2 seems to be extremely aggressive towards anyone it comes into contact with, and has the ability to use anything it finds as a weapon. SCP-4528-2 is described as having yellow, sunken in eyes and dark grey hair with black strands. Instances of SCP-4528-2 can last from 2 hours to 2 weeks.
SCP-4528 seems to have no memory of any events that occurred or were performed by one of its other forms. It also seems to have "fits" in which the entity will become an instance of one of its other forms. It seems to turn into SCP-4528-1 more often than SCP-4528-2.
SCP-4528-1: SCP 4528-1 measures at approximately 2.6 meters (8.5ft) in height. An instance of SCP-4528-1 first occurred on █/█/██ in which the entity experienced a sudden burst of aggression and attempted to escape its containment cell by destroying the cell walls, although this escape attempt was unsuccessful, it left the containment cell in a state of disrepair. The entity finally was calmed when it was shot with a tranquilizer gun and reverted back to its original form and passed out.
SCP-4528-1 was discovered to have a second "form" of itself, this form is to be referred to as SCP-4528-1-B. The entity is described as being twice as tall and almost has three times the strength and muscle mass as SCP-4528-1. It is also described as having sharp claws, horns protruding from the sides of its head measuring at about 1 foot each in length, and two small spikes measuring at about 5 inches long protruding from its chin. This entity only occurs when SCP-4528 is extremely angry, stressed or is near death. Instances of SCP-4528-1-B also can occur randomly, although this is a very rare occurrence.
SCP-4528-2: An instance of SCP-4528-2 first occurred on █/█/██ in which the site suffered a containment breach where multiple SCPs in including SCP-4528 escaped containment and roamed around the site for █ hours before being put back into containment. An instance of SCP-4528-2 was described as using a piece of metal it tore from it's cell walls as a weapon to kill a member of D class staff in a nearby hallway. A group of █ security was called in to contain the entity. When the security arrived, the entity quickly sprinted towards one of the members of security and kill him with the piece of metal. The security opened fire at the entity, hitting it twice in the arm. The entity then retreated and was later found in a hallway crying next to a bloody and maimed body of a D class personnel. The entity went back into containment with little resistance.

SCP-4528:The subject begins to get visibly nervous. Um, uh no.
Dr. ███: Do you know how your mother died?
SCP-4528: The subject becomes silent for about 7 seconds and proceeds to look down and quietly sob. She was.. she was killed.
Dr. ███: Do you know who killed your-
SCP-4528: The subject interrupts Dr. ███. I didn´t mean to… I didn´t want to. It just happened, I couldn't stop it.Dr. ███: Do you know why you killed her?
SCP-4528: I don't know, I just… I just blacked out and when I woke up she was dead.
Dr. ███: Do you know how you killed your mother?
SCP-4528: The subject begins to sob louder. I don't wanna talk about it.
Dr. ███: that is fine, thank you for your cooperation with the interview. You may return to your cell.
Addendum-4528-2:
Incident 4528-1: SCP-4528 escaped containment when site 17 suffered a containment breach in which multiple containment chamber doors malfunctioned and suddenly opened, releasing █ SCPs including SCP-4528. SCP-4528-2 was seen beating a guard to death with its bare hands, it then proceeded to bite off a piece of the guards flesh from his leg. The entity then reverted back to its original form and retreated into another part of the site. The entity later went back into foundation custody with no resistance.
