Description SCP-8189 is kept at Site-76. SCP-8189 is a photograph of a man. This man can come out of the picture at any given time. Why he has not destroyed the picture and released himself is unknown. SCP-8189 seems to live at ███████████, Flordia. He was taken into the Foundation's control on January ██,1995

Side Note Many people at SIte-76 want to know why this is Keter and not safe.
SCP-8189 has the same abilities as a Keter SCP, so he will be classified as Keter.
