D-class Profile: N-D-IC2
Holding Criteria: Detention Block BBBB Subblock A is to be used for detainment of Foundation personnel who have committed or are accused of any of the following violations and are awaiting further trial before a tribunal, serving their sentences for said violations, or awaiting termination, dismissal, or reassignment:
- Disobeying orders from a superior, resulting in risk to Foundation mission and purpose, personnel or civilian casualties, and/or other substantial physical and/or immaterial losses to the Foundation.
- Expression of strong disdain or dissidence towards Foundation mission and purpose, or pre-defined Foundation protocol.
- Three (3) consecutive failing monthly Milgram Obedience Examination results.
Detention Block BBBB Subblock B is to be used for detainment of Foundation personnel who have committed above violations as a result of temporary or permanent effects from exposure to a memetic hazard, or have been exposed to a memetic hazard known primarily to cause a subject to be pre-disposed to committing above violations, unless detainment procedure is otherwise specified in containment protocols for said memetic hazard.
Detention Block BBBB Subblock C is to be used for detainment and housing of D-class personnel meeting at least two (2) of the three (3) following conditions upon admittance:
- Currently serving either a life sentence or a death sentence for any of the crimes listed in Document BBBB-A2.3
- Score of 6 points or below on the Milgram Obedience Examination
- Marked disdain or displeasure towards purpose of D-class personnel, furthering of Foundation mission, and/or assigned tasks.
Detainment Protocol: No special detainment protocol is required for Foundation personnel detained in Subblocks BBBB-A and BBBB-B. Refer to Standard Foundation Personnel Detainment Procedures (Document D-14) for detainment protocol.
No special detainment protocol is required for D-class personnel housed in Subblock BBBB-C. Refer to Standard D-class Detainment and Processing Procedures (Document D-12) for detainment protocol.
