BACKGROUND

Starting on 4/12/2021, a series of raids and offensives were launched on several Foundation sites across the planet. At the time of the attacks, all of the Overseer members were present at the areas of interest, confirming that the Groups of Interest knew each Overseer and their whereabouts. Due to a breach of security in 2019, members of the council and Administration Department had determined that an unknown force was attempting to track the overseer members, namely O5-12, as shown in Incident-BO-Alpha-8E where O5-12 was almost assassinated. When agents attempted to apprehend the subject, they self-terminated and there was no indication of who had sent the subject.

Two days after this event, O5-12's body-double was assasinated by a member of the Chaos Insurgency. The subject in question expired after ingesting cyanide supplements before they could be apprehended. No information was extracted from the subject. O5-12 was relocated to Area-██ and no further events occurred.

On 4/15/2021, a raid was conducted on Site-01 by two divisions from the Global Occult Coalition and several squads from the Prying Hands Collective, where O5-13, O5-10, and O5-8 were located due to Level 4 containment breach at Site-06-3. During this event, O5-10 and O5-8 were terminated, while members from Mobile Task Force Sputnik-1 ("Name Takers") apprehended and relocated O5-13 to Protected Area-██. Site-01 was captured by the hostile forces until 4/23/2021 when Armed Mobile Task Force Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") and Tau-5 ("Samsara") coordinated Operation Torched House to recapture the facility.

2. The Prying Hands Collective. GoI-4599 is a collection of researchers and soldiers who intend to discover the anomalous, believing in a spirit called the Prodigium. This organization recently surfaced in 2018 and has attempted to raid several facilities for anomalous artifacts.

3. Administration and Overwatch Initiative. GoI-4605 is a coalition of members from the United Nations, who believe that they need to monitor the actions of the SCP Foundation, and other Groups of Interest. While rarely interacting with any Groups of Interest, they are known to have strong ties to the Global Occult Coalition. GoI-4605 will release agents to intervene in outside affairs, normally when a party has been crippled, to seize and contain anomalous items.
