Object Class: Apollyon

Special Containment Procedures: The 6x6 meter concrete cell that hosts SCP-2006 is to be locked at all times. 2 armed personnel are to stand guard outside the cell, rotating out every 1 month for psychological counseling due to the SCP's effects.

No one is permitted to enter the containment cell of SCP-2006 unless permitted to by the 05 level personnel, and is to be monitored at all times in case of a containment breach.

The cell of SCP-2006 is to stay located underground only to be moved if there is a containment breach at a nearby site, unauthorized access to SCP-2006's containment cell will result in immediate termination.

Any D-Class exiting the cell of SCP-2006 after testing are to also be terminated.

Description: SCP-2006 is a tall, slender humanoid. Standing at approximately 8 feet 6 inches tall, the entity is taller than a human being.

SCP-2006 has been observed to stay motionless for no more than 72 hours, after this it will appear agitated and ram itself into the walls of it's containment cell.

The top speed of SCP-2006 has been recorded at 40 kilometers per hour, making it a very dangerous humanoid if it were to escape it's containment cell. This slender figure has also been observed able to scale any surface, and be able to change it's own gravity in a way.

SCP-2006's appearance is mostly dead skin and tissue, blood covers its body as if the entity had killed someone. It has no organs but X rays have shown it does have a skeletal and nervous system, but scientists have not located its brain yet, making it unclear if it has any intelligence.

When it is not motionless SCP-2006 will become hostile to any entity that is near it in any range, and will attempt to kill that entity by all means necessary. Studies have shown that SCP-2006 will kill its target by picking up the victim and tearing the body in half, then it will try to put the body back together in some way, similar to SCP-049, unfortunately the corpse is not reanimated though.

SCP-2006 appears to not consume or digest any organic or inorganic material, so it is unknown how it gets energy or how it functions, other studies on SCP-2006 have came up with the same results. The entity has not communicated with foundation staff either, making scientists further question its intelligence.

Incident 2006-1 At 13:26 P.M, a D-Class personnel was scheduled for testing on SCP-2006. After being brought down by elevator from Site ██, the D-Class entered into the cell of SCP-2006. The moment they entered the cell, SCP-2006 became agitated and started to making a high pitched noise, this caused the D-Class, armed personnel, and scientists monitoring the testing to collapse to the ground. Autopsies on the corpses showed that their skulls had been shattered, and their brains were somehow vaporized by the sound. SCP-2006 then broke through the half opened door of its cell and killed the 4 remaining scientists who weren't in the room at the time. The entity then dug through the ground up to the surface, where it ran off at an alarming speed. Over the next 72 hours, Civilian deaths in the city of ██████████ were up to 60,000. However, the foundation decided to nuke ██████████ in the chaos causing an end to SCP-2006. After nuclear fallout cleared, foundation personnel found a piece of radioactive tissue from SCP-2006. When it was taken back to Site ██, studies showed that it started to grow into a copy of SCP-2006, meaning it can asexually reproduce when completely destroyed. It is still unknown if SCP-2006 survived the Nuclear Bombing of ██████████ to this day.
