Item #: SCP-5036 "Dr. Avian"

Special Containment Procedures: 5036 is a rather nice anamoly, he must be fed nuclear material and can roam the facility freely, if he is locked in a room he can't escape through a door, he will become violent. Also a last message from a D-Class he killed was: never call him Birdie
Description: 5036 has 4 forms that they call 5036-a, 5036-b, 5036-c, and 5036-d.
They stay as 5036-a normally but can always change.
5036-a, 5036-b, and 5036-c are Euclid but 5036-a claims 5036-d would be keter and is so dangerous that it will mean the end of the world if they don't turn back.
5036-a: An 18 foot tall 8 ton humanoid condor, his talons can rip through anything and his wings measure 106 feet each, but when furled they can't seen, it's feathers are white and shimmer gold.
5036-b: no bones and can seep through any crevice, if this enters your body, you will die almost instantly but the goo avoid human.
5036-c: 36 foot long wyvern with no eyes, 5036 kills anyone who sees into the socket and he claims it is "merciful".
5036-d: is described by 5036-a as his skeleton only and can move thousands of times faster than light and will kill anything alive.
When in version a 5036 will attend corpses and injured people, able to bring them back to life and heal any wound.
Addendum: 5036 calls himself Dr. Avian and can speak fluent English, it always apologizes after killing someone but will never save someone who has offended or attack him. 5036 tries to get along with doctors but his appearance can be scary. When asked about another SCP it will talk about them, 5036 claims they can kill 682 but won't because it will "disturb the food chain" and it says any further attempts shall be cancelled. When asked why it sees killing who looks into the eye sockets of version c as merciful, it says it's because they won't suffer, when asked what that means he changes the subject, if asked again in 5 minutes, they will kill the questioner with no mercy.
