Special Containment Procedures:
As SCP-#### was known to mainstream science upon the discovery of its anomalous properties, and poses no risk to the physical security of humanity, containment will primarily focus on include the suppression of knowledge of its anomalous characteristics.
An automated process will image SCP-#### using the best telescope available to the Foundation at intervals not exceeding one month to ensure that surface conditions continue to obscure its anomalous properties. This interval should be reviewed every two years and updated to account for advances in non-Foundation telescope technology.
In the event that SCP-#### experiences a debris impact such as to reveal its sub-surface, Action "Intrepid" should be enacted immediately to alter new and existing astronomical data as necessary to maintain the Veil. Action "Intrepid" should continue until SCP-#### has successfully been obscured through Action "Bertram."
SCP-#### should be imaged at intervals not exceeding two weeks by the Tareen Highly Penetrating Imaging System. All such images should be reviewed by the assigned astrobiologist, currently Dr. Isbister. If the assigned astrobiologist concludes that a Perepit Event is probable within two years, a duplicate of the satellite responsible for Action Bertram is to be launched into Earth's orbit. If a Perepit Event commences, Bertram is to be enacted immediately both on Earth and at SCP-####.
Description: SCP-#### is Venus, the second planet from the Sun. It has a radius of 6,051.8 km and a weight of 4.867 × 10^24 kg. SCP-#### has a surface temperature of 462 degrees Celsius, making it one of the hottest planets in the solar system. On 10/04/2023, a hole suddenly appeared on its surface, leading to its interior (See Addendum ####-01 for more information)
SCP-####-1 are entities that reside in the interior of SCP-####. They are composed of heat and magma, having a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. Their body is roughly shaped into a humanoid with four manipulating appendages and three appendages for locomotion with two "orbs" on their head. SCP-####-1 are highly intelligent and sociable.
Instances have been seen operating devices made of rock and magma. These devices are designated SCP-####A. SCP-####-A's main purpose is to contain SCP-####-2 via various methods and repairing the surface of Venus to conceal damage, SCP-####-1 instances and SCP-####-2 itself.
SCP-####-2 is an entity measuring approximately 5,200 km tall and an indeterminable weight. It is composed of heat, hydrogen and helium, making it partially intangible. The entity is currently trapped inside the sub-surface of Venus and attempts to destroy it, causing high damage most of the time.
It is theorized that SCP-####-2 can manipulate its heat to melt SCP-#### and cause explosions and gross damage to it. This has been seen as fireballs and heat flashes coming out of the surface of Venus.
Addendum ####-1: Discovery
SCP-####'s anomalous properties were discovered when Foundation rover UEV-548 was sent on a expedition to Venus on 10/25/2023. While moving on the surface of Venus and scanning its surroundings, UEV-548 fell into a hole that led to a rocky surface 1.5 km below the original surface of Venus, with an instance of SCP-####-1 (SCP-####-1-20) witnessing the rover and trying to contact with it. Due to the Foundation not having an understanding of SCP-####-1's nature and language, personnel assigned to monitoring UEV-548's exploration ceased its operations and requested a more advanced rover for further exploration.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a containment chamber measuring 10mx10mx5m. This chamber is to be made of 30cm thick concrete and a vault door. The entity is to be fed with bodies of recently deceased Class-D personnel every 3 days.
The remains of SCP-XXXX are to be preserved in a cryogenic storage unit at Site-19. Testing on the entity's remains are to be approved by one Level 4 personnel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a vaguely humanoid creature measuring 3.5 meters in height and an estimated weight of 85 kilograms. The creature has pale yellow pigmentation with green eyes having a diameter of 30cm and 6 pairs of limbs, with two of them serving as normal human arms. The subject also has a highly-developed vision that lets him see in both infrared and ultraviolet, and can reach speeds of up to 5km/h.
SCP-XXXX is normally docile with humans and whenever someone threatens it, the creature will quickly run from the agressor and most of the time it will hide in a dark place unable to be seen by the person who threatened it.
SCP-XXXX feeds from corpses of already deceased humans. The creature first extracts the blood of the bodies with a long proboscis emanating from his mouth before consuming their flesh. The entity seems to ignore or being unable to eat on corpses with a 75% or more of decomposition.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was found inside a house located in Miami, FL on 15/6/1986 after reports of seeing an alien entering houses and running in the streets at night. The house in which the entity got discovered was seemingly abandoned and the partially consumed remains of two humans were found in the second floor.
Addendum 2: On 20/10/2017, SCP-218 breached from its aquatic specimen tank while being temporally held at Site-19. During this breach, a group of Chaos Insurgency agents raided the facility while the security guards were attempting to recontain SCP-218 and breached most of the SCPs at Site-19, including SCP-XXXX, causing heavy casualties and as a response Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 ("Nine Tailed Fox") entered the facility. SCP-XXXX escaped from its chamber and quickly runned in fear on the halls of the facility, until it found a hallway filled with bodies of security guards after being killed by SCP-218. The creature tried to consume them but an instance of SCP-218 appeared near it and started attacking SCP-XXXX, resulting in it's death.
After the breach ended and all of the C.I. agents involved in the breach got detained, members of Epsilon-11 found SCP-218 feeding on the remains of SCP-XXXX and shot it. The body of SCP-XXXX got stored in a cryogenic storage unit and has been reclassified as Neutralized.
