Special Containment Procedure:
SCP-Decode is housed in a secluded facility only accessible by Level 3 Researcher chosen by 05 council and seniors of the site, MTF-Phi Omicron-1 are to personally guard SCP-Decode 24 hour to prevent any containment breach or attempts by SCP-Decode-K to escape via possessing SCP-Decode-S’s body or creations. SCP-Decode is contain inside a 120 yard field with 62.3m translucent wall and tempered glass roof which provide photosynthesis to the Gramineae Plantae alongside irrigational sprinklers and LED Lighting Tubes. Note: If any inanimate objects are turned by SCP-Decode-K’s anomalies has to be replaced immediately (See addendum-05).
Approximately in 6:30 A.M., personnel must activate the lighting tubes during the entire duration of the night and deactivate it in 10:30 P.M. If one of the LED tubes are broken or inactive, the repair crew must proficiently adjust the tubes accompanied by MTF-Phi Omicron-1 guarding SCP-Decode-S from approaching the shadow.

SCP-Decode contain two entities; one of –S (Safe) and one of –K (Keter):
SCP-Decode-S is a bleach-leathered Equus Caballus filly weighing at 200km and measuring at 14.2 hand. Her poll and tail produce an anomalous cosmic fabric similar in appearance of a rainbow. Physical and blood tests conducted by Researcher H—- concluded that SCP-Decode-S’s body fluids contain 55% plasma, 43% multi-coloured blood cells, and 2% of Orthologikis Diaviosis or H-Influenza, a civilize microorganism similar to that of Influenza A virus however it did not affect or inflict any harm to SCP-Decode-S or SCP-Decode-K. The speed of SCP-Decode-S and her counterpart is similar: 343 meter/seconds reaching point A (The entrance) to point B (The edge) approximately 319906705.5 nanoseconds. SCP-Decode-S is abnormally weak, around 100 psi unnatural to the everyday horse, it is theorize that the H-Influenza or her anomalous characteristics decrease the thickness of her leather. If SCP-Decode-S is engulfed in darkness, either shadows or the passage of time, instances of SCP-Decode-K formation will occur.
SCP-Decode-K is a humanoid creature standing in two feet with his frontal hooves transforming into hands identical to Homosapien species albeit with leather instead of skin and nails with microscopic claws similar to that of Harpia Harpyja along the free edge and hyponychial areas. Below is the following stages of CH-H1N1:

SCP-Decode was retrieved from Hotel——by MTF-Phi Omicron-1 during an isolated [Data Expunged] meeting held by a group under the moniker of “Sex Militia”.
The objective of Sex Militia is currently undocumented due to their secretive nature. SCP-Decode-K were apprehended after the activation of the light turning SCP-Decode-K into an unconscious SCP-Decode-S. MTF-Phi Omicron-1 recovered SCP-Decode-S and [Data Expunged] bodies without any difficulties. Hotel staffs, guests and higher ups were given B-class amnestic afterward.
Addendum-02:
In [Redacted], 5 members of Sex Militia disguised as personnel slip pass MTF-Phi Omicron-1 surveillance. After entering SCP-Decode containment cell, the group started partaking in satanic rituals trying to invoke fear in SCP-Decode-S via casting prolonged shadows and performing human sacrifice before covering their bodies with the decease body fluids. The group attempted to touch and surrounded SCP-Decode-S failed after MTF-Phi Omicron-1 arrived on site and captured the four remaining members.
SCP-Decode-S stay conscious during the pursuing events, monitors and further investigation showed that SCP-Decode-S is traumatized, a B-class amnestic was given to SCP-Decode-S after 2 weeks of silent.

Dr Kim, a level 3 researcher of Site-06-3 was tasked by 05-14 the director of SCP-Decode’s containment to interview SCP-Decode-S mainly to investigate the origin of both SCP-Decode.

By the looks of it, this ‘master of spell’ is responsible for SCP-Decode’s existence. Although the hands can be taken as interpretation, either a characteristic taken by these Sex Militia or just simply another anomaly done by Khaverim.-05-14

Another interview under the direction of 05-14 yet again, Dr Kim is ordered to interview SCP-Decode-K nicknamed The Griefter via SCP-Decode-S’s body using the method mention above:

Before Dr Kim could questioned SCP-Decode-K further, he retreated returning SCP-Decode-S’s consciousness. When ask about the topics brought up by SCP-Decode-K’s, SCP-Decode-S is uncooperative preferring to silence herself when Dr Kim questioned her.
Addendum-05:
A containment breach occurred during [Redacted] at 6:55 A.M. when the bodies retrieved by foundation gone feral turning into instances of SCP-Decode-K-1. Almost [Redacted] researchers were killed alongside 5 injured of 3 were beaten by SCP-Decode-K-1. The guards tasked to protect the researchers concealed the remaining researchers and themselves inside the storage room after countless more of SCP-Decode-K-1 instances revived.
A few seconds afterward, researchers who were beaten by SCP-Decode-K-1 feel numbness delusion commanding them to open the storage’s door. 1-3 minutes later, after the guards prone the researchers, a feeling of nausea and dizziness came making the researchers puking emesis of rotten blood and mucus for over 2 minutes before their lungs were filled with H-Influenza suffocating the researchers. Accounts recovered by the tapes showed that the researcher’s skins manifested multi-coloured veins before finally die suffocating and blood loss.
The guards shoot the three dead researchers fearing another instances of SCP-Decode-K-1 manifesting.
At around 7:00 A.M., the power source of the facility is deactivated. MTF-Phi Omicron-1 quickly barricade SCP-Decode containment with half of the task force (MTF-Phi Omicron-1B) gathered the remaining D-class and Research personnel to evacuate. MTF-Phi Omicron-1B attempts to evacuate result in failure after an attack by an army of SCP-Decode-K-1 which led them to conceal themselves inside the canteen followed by the researcher’s guards and the remaining members of MTF-Phi Omicron-1 under Lieutenant Kapo after circulation by SCP-Decode-K-1s during barricade.
Lieutenant Kapo explained to the remaining MTF-Phi Omicron-1 that Chief Missionary has turned into SCP-Decode-K-1. In order to keep the task force’s morale, Lieutenants are assigned to control MTF-Phi Omicron-1 democratically before a new Chief is allocate after the ceiling of SCP-Decode-K.
After further discussion between the researchers and MTF-Phi Omicron-1 concluded in 10 personnel consist of 5 members of the task force, 4 D-class personnel and Dr Kim under the command of Lieutenant Kapo are to be ventured out to activate the power back. Other D-class personnel are converted into MTF-Phi Omicron-1 for further manpower.
In 7:05 A.M., the group dubbed “Electricians” were set out to corridor-0 of level 1 with the goal to reach the electrical room at corridor-4. Contacts via a handheld two radios is equipped to each members, all connecting to each Lieutenants and Researcher H—-.

[7:05-7:10] we arrive at corridor-0 without any sight of SCP-Decode-K-1s however sounds can be heard echoing, it is difficult to translate the echoes some of our teams hear whispers within the walls while occasional screams and, weirdly enough, moans can be heard up ahead. One of us, D-34590 requested to go back, I’ll knock that son of a bitch in the head to enter some manhood in him before going further to corridor-1. No difficulties or attacks has occur yet.
[7:15-7:25] we enter corridor-1 to see a landscape of sort created via the image of the corridor. We move through corridor-1 without any difficulties, maybe some of us are annoyed by the [Data Expunged] hanging from our necks. What the…Lieutenant Kapo here, it’s seem those telepathic zombies is now an ‘egg’ I presume with those pregnant feeding thingie attached to their nostrils and mouths. Report, this thing cannot be penetrated or destroy instead…melting to their bodies…Headquarter is this normal? No?-I-I think…Look it hard to describe them when both of their faces are merged…They seem to be breathing, I cannot tell if it were male or female, maybe they have both…

Further questioning by Dr Kim to SCP-Decode-S about these anomalies resulted in the following:
“I have no clue about this anomalies, Griefy work on his own and he know what I will do if he told me his secret”.
Addendum-06:
SCP-Decode-K-1’s eggs hatched, completing it development into SCP-Decode-K-2. After further testing, staff agents have proven that SCP-Decode-K-2s are non-anomalous although containing muffled memories of both of the decease. Questions regarding SCP-Decode-S were answered positively by K-2 personnel, referring her as ‘mother’ and saying SCP-Decode-S bring them ‘peace’. Mentioning SCP-Decode-K resulted to silent with some disbelieving his existence. It is uncertain whether or not this is due to a psychological trauma or another of SCP-Decode-K’s anomalous property.
‘It seem this new personnel acts proper adult, there is no signs of control by SCP-Decode-K and, as mentioned, K-2 personnel lacks anomalous qualities to classify them as one of SCP-Decode-K’s. I do wonder, what are SCP-Decode-K’s motive in creating K-2s?’-Dr Kim.
Addendum-07:
One of the K-2 personnel is tragically [Data Expunged] resulting in the death of the K-2 personnel, after hearing the tragedy, SCP-Decode-S requested to see the K-2 personnel and ‘deliver him a proper funeral’. The request is accepted by Dr Kim.
Arriving at the K-2 personnel’s corpse, the other K-2 personnel were seen surrounding SCP-Decode-S as she quoted:
‘You have long life ahead of you, that’s what this people said when death finally came via their own hands. I wish we could met, [Data Expunged] but I guess it is too late for an introduction. I didn’t blame you, you’ve suffered the suffering and you seek mercy. I will grant you that mercy, I am but suffering after all’.
