Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4013 is to be contained in a 1m x 1m x 1m concrete container equipped with a soundproofed interior. Under no circumstances should SCP-4013 be released from containment without proper clearance.

Description: SCP-4013 was first discovered by Doctor [REDACTED] in the [REDACTED] rain forest. Upon discovery of his corpse SCP-4013 was brought to the knowledge and given to The Foundation by Doctor [REDACTED]'s wife and she was given Class-A amnestetics. At first glance SCP-4013 appears as a normal Sonic Katydid, however research has yielded that SCP-4013 has a few differences. For one, SCP-4013's movement speed is 200% faster than normal Katydids, it also possesses the ability to produce a call, which when heard by any human causes [DATA REDACTED]. Further testing has concluded that other primates won't be affected by SCP-4013 other than typical hearing loss, further testing required for long-time exposure reactions.
