Special Containment Procedures:
When addressing any one of the 3(three) members of the order, be sure you have proper ear protection capable of blocking all sound in case one of the Orators accidentally utters something. It is to be noted that despite having this containment procedure, these anomalous individuals are not inherently dangerous, even if a word or phrase is accidentally heard from them. It is to be further noted that all questions asked by any of the Orators must be answered by them via white board. Do not attempt to have a 2 way verbal conversation with any of the Orators. All questions must be asked, structured and given context in such a way, that if an answer were to every be accidentally spoken by an Orator then heard by anyone other than an Orator, there is no way, in any language, an answer could be formulated in direct response to said question, that could alter reality in any noticeable way.

Description:
The "Order of Oration" consists of 3 anomalous individuals who are in league with the SCP foundation. These 3 individuals are capable of altering all of reality with their voices, though in order to do so, someone other than an Orator must hear them. Any phrase, or answer to questions will instantly bend reality so that what ever they said becomes true. The Order was founded sometime between 1700 and 1899. Though no exact year can be pinpointed. The Orators are 3 humanoids, known as Orator_1, Orator_2 and Orator_3. Their SCP designations are SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 respectively and their numbers are for designation only and not indicative of rank. They are aware of their anomalous properties and have since secluded themselves from the public as to avoid uttering something to another human that could potentially end the universe or at least life as we know it on Earth. Their seclusion also aims at anyone attempting to capture them and attempt to exploit their abilities. However they decided to aid in the SCP foundation where possible in understanding the anomalous. The orators are responsible for forging SCP-XXXX "The Quantum Manuscript" as writing is the only way for them to spread facts and information, without changing baseline reality. The Quantum Manuscript was forged for the purpose of recording what the Orators know without worry of the Orators lying or misleading facts, since reading their writing will not change what is true in the universe. The Quantum Manuscript is currently held at Site-██████ in ██████████, ██.

Addendum:
The hiding place of the Orators is unknown, but it was found recently that the best way to contact them is through SCP-XXXX "P█████ Woods" in the town where The Quantum Manuscript is also being contained.
