Special Containment Procedures: As a result of Incident-XXXX1, all previous Containment Procedures have ceased to function. As no current way to contain SCP-XXXX has been discovered, it is currently classified as Uncontained.

Description:No information regarding SCP-XXXXs original appearance currently exists as a result of Incident-XXXX. In its current form, SCP-XXXX has the appearance of a dark shadowy beast, similar to a canid biped, approximately 3 metres tall which stands upright. However, since little direct visual contact has been established, none of this can be verified.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX slowly stalks its victims, which are known as SCP-XXXX-1 out of the corner of their eyes, only visible to them. SCP-XXXX will continue doing this for a length of time usually between 2-3 weeks, before closing in for the kill. At this point SCP-XXXX-1 will become increasingly panicked, attempting to run away from SCP-XXXX, which is now chasing them. SCP-XXXX is able to pass through solid objects as though they are not there, and is also able to appear near SCP-XXXX-1 at any point. As a result, when SCP-XXXX inevitably catches SCP-XXXX-1, they will have a fatal heart attack, which all attempts to save SCP-XXXX-1 from have failed.

All known victims of SCP-XXXX were inside the site where SCP-XXXX was being contained at the time of Incident-XXXX, and if categorized in order of death, the victims each seem to have a higher up position than the victim before them, although there have been exceptions to this. The geographical location of the victim does nothing the prevent attacks by SCP-XXXX, with victims having been killed in 13 different countries at time of writing.

It is believed that SCP-XXXX is slowly killing off everyone who was in the facility at the time of Incident-XXXX, driving ██ scientists insane, resulting in Incident-XXXX1

+ Incident-XXXX1 Report

On ██/██/████ Scientists came up with the hypothesis that SCP-XXXX was slowly targeting everyone present at the time of Incident-XXXX and that they were all doomed. Driven insane by their impending doom, ██ scientists destroyed all known information of SCP-XXXX, including data files and backups of the data, in a doomed bid to kill SCP-XXXX. Upon realizing they had failed, █ killed themselves, and the rest were either killed while attempting to be subdued by the Foundation or were later killed by SCP-XXXX.

+ Incident-XXXX Report

On ██/██/████ SCP-XXXX broke containment in its original form, killing ██ people. During re-containment SCP-XXXX was killed after it attacked a security guard who managed to take it down with his gun. However, although its mortal body may have died, its spirit lived on and began to get vengeance on those who helped kill it, including everyone who was inside the site at the time of its death.
