Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is located in ████████,█████,United States Of America inside of an empty warehouse designated as Site-27. Site-27 is closed off to the public under the pretense of unstable architecture. Site-27 is to be staffed by no less than 6 (six) guards armed with nonlethal weapons and methods of subduing an individual. Site-27 is also to be kept under 24/7 CCTV observation. All civilians who enter Site-27 are to be given Class-A amnestics and delivered to the local police force. The door to SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by 1 (one) guard armed with the aforementioned equipment. Upon a containment breach the subject contaminated by SCP-XXXX is to be locked in solitary confinement without access to any method of self mutilation until symptoms of contamination disappear then given Class-B amnestics and released to the local police force.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a standard American bathroom measuring 3m x 3m x 2.5m. Inside of SCP-XXXX there is a standard American toilet and a sink hereby known as SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 respectively. SCP-XXXX-1 is a toilet measuring approximately .5 meters tall and approximately .3 meters long. SCP-XXXX-1 is constantly overflowing with sewage water. It is currently unknown as to where the sewage comes from because SCP-XXXX-1 is not attached to any water source. The floor of SCP-XXXX surrounding SCP-XXXX-1 is constantly covered in 1-3cm of sewage water as a result of the over flowing, it is unknown whether or not the sewage evaporates or disappears through other unknown means. The sewage emitted by SCP-XXXX-1 has no anomalous properties except that is especially slick and easy to slip on. SCP-XXXX-2 is a standard American sink approximately 1m high and 30cm wide. SCP-XXXX-2 functions as a regular sink except that it is connected with no known water source. The anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX-2 do not become apparent until a human subject uses it to wash their hands. Upon a subject washing their hands in SCP-XXXX-2 the subject will develop an irrational fear of germs and dirt. The affected subject will begin to wash their hands compulsively in SCP-XXXX-2, if the subject cannot wash their hands again after initial contamination the fear will disappear over a time of 3 days. After approximately 15 minutes of washing the subject will exit SCP-XXXX and attempt to isolate themselves away from other humans and mutter about "becoming clean and pure". After isolating themselves from other humans in as clean an environment possible the subject will begin to search for methods of becoming "clean". This can range from stripping down until nude or shaving themselves of all hair with any blade available. At this point the subject is extremely hostile to other humans and will attack them if approached. After approximately 12 hours of self isolation the subject will begin to attempt to "clean" or "purify" themselves by any means necessary while muttering frantically about "the disgusting human form". Methods of purification can include lighting themselves on fire, drinking or bathing in bleach or acid and attempting to cut away all the skin from their bodies.
