Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in at Site-19. Any attempts to remove or transport SCP-XXXX must be intercepted with armed force. Under no circumstances are any personnel allowed to enter SCP-XXXX's containment without being thoroughly checked for any contaminants. Should there be any contaminants, the personnel must be undergo a full decontamination procedure before being granted access to the subject's containment. SCP-XXXX should not be given any objects without the object being thoroughly cleansed and decontaminated, including basic amenities.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid approximately two meters in height and weighs approximately 91 kilograms. SCP-XXXX is mostly featureless, with no visible hair and a pale skin tone. SCP-XXXX's face is similar to a normal human's, with the exception of having no mouth. Its appearance is reminiscent of of an albino human.

SCP-XXXX is generally passive, and attempts to avoid any kind of contact with other living organisms. It is incapable of communication, and is only capable of basic motor skills. SCP-XXXX appears to have a symptom very reminiscent to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and is extremely obsessed with cleaning. It will attempt to clean anything within its reach, including living organisms. Under no circumstances should any form of contaminants be placed within SCP-XXXX's reach. Should this be the case, SCP-XXXX will become extremely agitated and aggressive. This behavior is similar to the behavior exhibited by SCP-096 when it becomes agitated, but SCP-XXXX will become aggressive immediately.

Once agitated, a gaping hole will appear in place of it's mouth. SCP-XXXX will also grow out its nails into a claw-like formation. No personnel should approach SCP-XXXX during this state, and SCP-XXXX should be restrained using elevated force as quickly as possible. Any contact with SCP-XXXX in this state usually results in death. Under no circumstances should SCP-XXXX be agitated any further, and any attempts to do so can result in immediate termination.

Addendum XXXX-1: Incident XXXX-A

When initially attempting to contain SCP-XXXX, it became agitated due to an unknown cause. The site was examined and scanned for contaminants, with no positive results.

Task Force MTF Epsilon-11 was able to subdue the threat, suffering ██ casualties. The reason for SCP-XXXX's sudden agitation is still unknown.

Note: For now, it is assumed that the cause of agitation is a contaminated personnel or equipment. However, until further notice, it is recommended to increase security measures for SCP-XXXX's containment. If we don't know what causes it to become agitated, then a class upgrade to Keter might be in place. We don't want another one of these scenarios again.
