Special Containment Procedure:Item SCP- 4426 is to be kept in a glass container cooled at 15c^o/ 59f^o wrapped by foam in a locked padded room at all times. When all personnel enter SCP- 4426's containment the door should be re locked behind them. No tools, wires, ropes and blades should be in side SCP- 4426's containment.

Description: SCP-4426 is a clear glass of water, the circular glass cup is 14cm high and has a diameter of 8cm. The H²O substance fills about 3/4 of its glass.

When SCP- 4426 is poured out or evaporated (meaning even a singular water molecule) SCP- 4426 will refill within 10 seconds after the action of evaporation or pouring has ceased. Once the water is poured out it will stay there even if SCP- 4426 refills itself. This also means that the addiction effect of SCP- 4426 continues out of its glass. It is unknown where the water of SCP- 4426 comes from or how the it refills.

SCP- 4426 is to be considered a drug, due to when a subject (which will be known as SCP- 4426 1) consumes SCP- 4426. SCP- 4426 1 will release a high dose of dopamine into the brain, this will cause SCP- 4426 1 to be addicted to SCP-4426 and will continue to wait and consume the substance. However once SCP- 4426 1 becomes addicted to SCP- 4426 a heavily trained psychologist will have to take action to reverse the state. However only 1 in 5 people have been successful in reversing this effect. If SCP- 4426 1 does not obtain any liquid from SCP- 4426, SCP- 4426 1 will fall into an irreversible state deep depression causing, loss of weight, dizziness, chest pain, this will lead to committing suicide. SCP- 4426 is known to have many victims at once.
