contaiment condition

scp-4768 needs to be contained it a room with a ceeling light, the room is only accesable by opening the door of the contaiment room of scp-4768 by a level 2 and higher level cards, the room is monitored by four cameras in every corner, because using glass windows will cause the area outside the window will be covered in darkess by scp-4768
