An odd humanoid creature who's head is a traffic light, he has short wirey hands that grow if it needs to. His limbs re-grow when cut off or cut. He was originally found hiding, He attacks at night or at day if provoked. His reason for killing is unknown and why he is active at night.His fingers have wires to inflict pain.
