Description: SCP-XXXXX is a ███████ ████████ branded notebook that is of the proportions of 14cm wide, 20cm tall & 1cm thick. The front, back and pages of the book are held together by aluminium hoops, specifically 50.

The contents of the book depict what you would find in a diary and contains scribbles and frustrations the writer had but from pages 9-12, 24-28 and 52-54, the book will recount dreams the writer has had in their sleep. People who have read the dream journal sections will later find that during any sort of rest or sleep, they will experience the same dream depicted in the journal vividly and can later recount the dream clearly and similarly in fashion as the notebook does once the reader has awoken.
