Special Containment Procedures: Since SCP-XXXX's rate of spread is unpredictable, all containment procedures currently are focused on mitigating the damage caused by SCP-XXXX and preventing further leakage of information from SCP-XXXX. At the end of every day, all complaints of SCP-XXXX's effects are to be remedied immediately through the affected treated with Class A Amnestics, with seized material either incinerated or taken for further study of SCP-XXXX's effects.

The ongoing disruption in the postal system regarding SCP-XXXX is to be contained via deployment of Class-A Amnestics in communal areas in the areas affected by SCP-XXXX, so that no complaints are made about the effects of SCP-XXXX. The current 'front' for the situation caused is to be labelled as an 'Administration Issue.'

Should any violent incidents occur due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, or if any further action is required, MTF Eta-12 (Postal Jerkers) has jurisdiction within areas affected by SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomena currently affecting a reported 20 kilometre radius within ██████, Northern Territory, in Australia involving the postal system, affecting every sent piece of mail in the area. SCP-XXXX seems to affect postal systems in a way that around 80% of parcels, letters, or other sent objects arrive not as what was orignally sent, but as another item, often dangerous, exclusievly having some link to the Foundation and is immediately obvious. While not all received items are inhrently dangerous, some received items are extremely serious and constitue a major security breach. To the current time, reports have been received about objects such as:

- Memetic hazards and other neurological hazards, portrayed as photographs or ████████.
- Classified information about SCPs that are either in containment or stolen.
- Personnel identity credentials of Foundation Staff, including those with Protected Identities as well as clearance cards.
- Samples of tissue that are from both human, animal and anamolous living beings, including that of SCP-████ and SCP-████.
- Special chemical structure of anamolous chemical solutions that are in the interest of the Foundation, as well as autopsy reports of anamolous living beings.
- ████████ █████.

While 80% of these sent items are immediately reported, the remaining 20% are not immediately obvious to the receiver, but are different that they include, as reported:

- Spelling errors, including entire words replaced with non-sensical words.
- Quotes from famous texts, both English and other languages.
- Small snippets of classified Foundation information embedded.
- Microdots, containing heavily redacted, errored or even 'ripped' parts of classified information.

While the mechanism of spread is currently unknown, as well as the speed of spread is unknown, the towns postal office has been cleared of any wrongdoing or responsibility. On ██, June, 2018, several members of MTF Eta-12 infiltrated and masqueraded as the postal personnel - the phenomena continued, thus clearing the standard workers of any responsibility. No connection has been sustained between SCP-XXXX and any Foundation IA reports
