Came to the CIA in 19██ and has proven himself to be a very helpful employee. thanks to his father's military career, he began to quickly advance in his career. Shows interest in various abnormal cases. It was offered to move him to the position of director of the Department of Unusual Adventures, but Bowe himself refused and proposed the creation of his own special military government organization.

General ██████ Bowe, ████. Circa 20██.
Name: ██████ Bowe
Operator's Tag: General Bowe N/A
Security Clearance Level: 4 Revoked.
Current Assignment: Site-19 Mobile Task Force Director. Head of Bowe Commission N/A (See Addendum 03)
Profile: General Bowe is a rather calculating and two-faced man. He generally behaves calmly and calmly, but in the affairs of the Foundation he is very hot-tempered and persistent. people who work with him describe him as a "feeble-minded and courageous" general. At the same time, Bow leads a very secretive lifestyle, does not like to appear in public or be in a crowd. He has a habit of always carrying his military decorations with him. Administrators see him as a person without fear, as he has contradicted the O5 Council more than once.
History: Prior to technically joining the SCP Foundation, ██████ Bowe was at the top of the US government and dealt with anomalous incidents without recognizing the Unusual Incident Unit as a serious FBI department. He is also a general in his US special unit and a member of the CIA. Thanks to his father, he already knew a few things about the organization and presumably made his plans for the Foundation. The Foundation itself, meanwhile, has had an eye on him since 1970 following the death of his father from SCP-935, but the general declared about him himself in 2001. Bowe offered the Foundation massive funding from the US government in exchange for approval of its military projects. After several successful operations, he was named head of the Bowe Commission. The general was a radical militarist and changed the Commission's doctrine from defensive to offensive. He established bases elsewhere in the Foundation and greatly increased its influence. Due to his successful military career with the Foundation, he was appointed head of the Mobile Task Forces at Site-19 in 20██ to protect it from raids and sieges. One of his most radical and big projects was "Foundation Military", which was heavily criticized and altered by the SCP Foundation Strategic Command. In 200█, he was appointed head of MTF at Site-19. Under his direction, ██ incidents were resolved and [DATA EXPUNGED] SCP objects were captured.
In 20██, Bowe presented his most ambitious project, Mobile Task Force Omega-7 ("Pandora's Box") to the Foundation. Most of the O5s have expressed disapproval for the use of SCP-076-2, but he has been able to pressure the Council through his Commission. The Ethics Committee was categorically against this project. Despite the committee, Bowe was able to implement this project. At first glance, Omega-7 was quite successful, but the General decided to use the Foundation for his own and not only his purposes.
File Update ██/██/20██: MTF successfully served [DATA EXPUNGED], followed by the incident OM7-C-076. The Ethics Committee could not tolerate this and, having dissolved the Commission. After learning of this, he left the Foundation.
Currently he is still working in the US Department of Defense.

- Allowing the call of USA elite military soldiers.
- Allowing the call of FBI agents.
- Allowing the call of CIA agents.
- Inclusion of an Intelligence Agency in the project.
- Access to worldwide Military Asset.
Project Details:
Mobile task forces, even the most elite ones, are sometimes defeated in battle. For example, you can cite the raids of the GOI's or the Total Containment Breaches in Foundation Sites. F.A.F. function as a response to such disastrous situations. They support Mobile Task Forces and in some situations and/or incidents they act or perform operations independently. Foundation Military Command is to be held by the Foundation Administration and Bowe Commission. They are composed of MTFs such as Alpha-1 ("Red Right Hand"), Nu-7 ("Hammer Down"), Delta-5 ("Front Runners"), Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox") and Tau-5 ("Samsara"). It is also worth sagging a recruitment of military from the elite forces of the US Army, SWAT, CIA and FBI agents.
