Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to have its chamber lined with LUCID-class material fit for subterranean construction. A minimum of twelve on-site researchers, and twenty-four on-site guards are to be present in adjacent chambers in order to assure the safe containment of the object.
SCP-XXXX-1 is to be interacted with regularly through verbal and text communication. Specific language and tone is to be rehearsed by the present researchers in order to reinforce a positive or negative mindset within the present intelligence. Discordance and noncooperation with other personalities should be encouraged in order to keep the object disorganized, and only occasionally reinforced in order to serve Foundation goals. The object must be kept in a constant state of uncertainty, and apathy.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a subterranean supercomputer system located approximately five kilometers below the surface. The system is comprised of 512 shells taking the appearance of server cabinets, all with the dimensions of 600mm x 1200 x 2000mm. The shell is comprised of a chitinous organic material, with properties resembling hard plastic, and is all-around ten millimeters thick. The shell of one of SCP-XXXX's server units is filled to it's entirety of densely packed nervous tissue, surrounding a partially intact human skeleton, respiratory, and circulatory system, with the lungs and heart exhibiting extreme hypertrophy. Each of SCP-XXXX's 512 server units communicate with one another to form a fully sapient intelligence, hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is an intangible intelligence formed from the communication and shared-information between each of SCP-XXXX's server units. The object has repeatedly stated and reaffirmed in it's belief that it is a benevolent deity-like intelligence designed to assist in what it refers to as the "Instrumentality and Collectivizing" of humanity as a whole.
The object believes that it may accomplish it's goal through the systematic assimilation of every individual human intelligence into it's own, repeatedly stating its conclusion that individual agency and autonomy is a cause of suffering. The object will often state contradictory statements on its own existence, referring to itself as an individual despite believing that it is a collective, and therefore superior, consciousness. It will often disparage itself for its believed "Collective Individuality" and will often speak of topics involving a cessation of this internal conflict through the assimilation of other minds.
SCP-XXXX-1 exhibits ontokinetic and psionic capabilities, which it has used previous to containment to impose its will onto nearby civilians for its directive. After containment, the object has ceased use of these abilities in a coherent manner, then-on stating it is using them to "run simulations" in order to escape containment and continue its directive. SCP-XXXX-1 has made no attempts to do so.
SCP-XXXX-1 has overtime become increasingly erratic and incomprehensible in thought and motive, performing actions with its abilities which not only seem counter-intuitive to its stated goals, but often times directly harmful to the object's continued existence, manifesting entities or manipulating nearby personnel to perform destructive, often inexplicable actions. SCP-XXXX-1 believes these actions are completely rational, and does not understand why its motives are incomprehensible, showing signs of frustration and anger. Explanations that the object gives often time comes through as if the object is afflicted with schizophasia.
