Scp-3829 is a young feamale with tattoos of an unknown origin, black hair with the right side of it shaven with the top swept to her left side and is 5'9 in heigt. Scp-3829 also has a few complicated property's that can prove to be of a slighty dangerous variety. A few of said abilities Scp-3829 are the following: can erase ones memory of Scp-3829, she can also cause disstress on a mass scale but does not work on people with 2 or higher MARS (mind-affecting resistance scale) score, can cause people to hallucinate and feel the need to kill in this state thinking it will save them. she is essentially un-killable due to her unusal tendency to come back to life within a 60 second time span no matter the type of damage she sustains. The origin of these abilites are also unknown
the person the reported Scp-3829 is as of this moment, unknown but its thought that Scp-3829 killed
said person shortly after the report. said reason that is belived is due to Scp-3829's phsycopatic tendencies. after being caught Scp-3829 was put in a temporary containment unit at the local police station and interviewed by an officer. the interview went as the following.
officer: "hello, I'm-"
Scp-3829 interupts the officer.
Scp-3829: "i don't care who you are or who you work for. why am i here?"
Scp-3829 seems to be annoyed but not angry. the officer decides to get to the questions.
Officer: "okay what's your name?"
Scp-3829 leans back in her chair and sighs.
Scp-3829: "so this is an interrogation?"
Officer: "more of an interview but you could call it that."
Scp-3829 looks at the officer and laugh's for 2 seconds then abruptly stops still showing a slight smirk and seems to relax.
Scp-3829: "well i'll play along for now, my name is-"
scp-3829 pauses for a few seconds. then countinues
"- I don't have one really. just been going by misfit since i could walk."
The officer noctices that shes looking at the door.
Officer: "the sooner we're done this you can go-"
Scp-3829: "i know your lying. i'm not stupid."
Scp-3829 seems to get aggitated again.
Officer: "calm down. i just want to ask some more questions."
Scp-3829: "calm down?"
Scp-3829 starts to laugh and gets louder until she starts to stare at the officer and smiles with a clear motive, kill. she the charges the officer with a knife she had in her shoe.
After that the officer tries to restrain her but fails, then proceeds to shoot her in the head. after she fell to the floor the officer let out a sigh of regret.
Officer: "god damnit."
After 30 seconds the officer searches the body to look for identifacation. within 15 seconds Scp-3829 punches the officer in the ribs and gets back up.
Officer: "wha- how are you?"
Scp-3829: "i don't know myself. but i think its cool. anyway back to what i was doing."
Scp-3829 proceeds to beat the officer to death brutally.

Containment:
as of now Scp-3829 containment area is a shack in an undisclosed area with 2 to 5 gaurds. She seems to enjoy it and hasn't yet tried to escape. she does accept visitors as long as they don't aggitate her. all visitors must be cleared by her care taker and must be under survailence while with Scp-3829.
requsts made for containment from Scp-3829 that have been granted have been a single pack of cigarettes a week: granted, a tele-vision with cable: granted, a gaming console with one new game every month: granted, a new knife: denied, a new thriller or horror book once a month: granted, visitor hours between 12 pm- 8 pm: granted by handler, to meet others in containment: denied, to move closer to where she was recoverd: denied, a phone to contact handler if needed: granted.
