Special Containment Procedures:SCP-# is to be contained in a room of 50 meters by 50 meters by 70 meters. in the room must be a light of no less than 73 watts (a typical street lamp.) Within the room no personal are aloud a light brighter than 50 watts, and must be of level 4 clearance. If a light is to be more than 50 watts within 97 meters, SCP-# will teleport to it and escape containment.
If this is to happen, then the light must be moved under the rooms main light then turned off. If the secondary light happens to go out in the process then SCP-#-2 will rise out of SCP-#. If this happens emergency lights are to be turned on, and the building will go into a lockdown until SCP-#-2 completely vanishes.
In moments of power outage the backup generator is to be turned on immediately.
Description:SCP-# appears to be a woman between the ages 26-34. She's roughly 5'4", and wears a red dress with black designs. She is kind to all personal unless put under a lot of pressure, or treated rudely. When she's in a dark area SCP-#-2 is formed.
SCP-#-2 is a complete opposite. SCP-#-2 is a man in a black outfit with red details. Unlike SCP-#, he is murderous and kills everything and everyone. SCP-#-2 is rarely encountered, and was last heard of during the power outage 7 years ago during an interview. (see interview #5)

Interviewer: (instructed level 4 personal)
Interviewee:SCP-#
Interviewer: How are you doing today.
SCP: I'm doing good How about you?
Interviewer: I'm doing well. I came here to ask you a couple questions. Is that alright with you?
SCP: Go right ahead.
Interviewer: Do you have any past recollection of your male counterpart?
SCP: What are you talking about?
**Interviewer: **The man in black and red.
SCP: I have no clue who you're referring to.
Interviewer: Ok. that's what I needed to know. Now for the next question.
(lights go out)
SCP-#-2: Good riddance.
Interviewer: no, no please don't do it.
