Scp 4382:is described as a small kid with a pumpkin head on him by the foundation staff.

The first time discovered: He was first spotted when a teen turned a jack o lantern off which is against the traditions of Halloween after that the teen was hunted by the unknown entity it was all seen by the foundation staff at the end he was killed by the entity. till this day the foundation is searching for a way to contain the entity. As to this day, the foundation thinks that the entity is the spirit of Halloween

The reason it needs to be contained: as many people don't follow the traditions of Halloween they will be killed

Powers/abilities: it can summon monsters, and it can't be killed.
