Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is currently housed at Site-██ in a windowless humanoid containment cell with (1) dresser filled with clothing that Lily Hook deems "cute", (1) Nintendo DS, (1) keyboard linked to a monitor outside the containment cell, (1) night light and (1) light blue stuffed bunny.
SCP-XXXX-1 is not to make physical contact with any humanoid creatures nor are any humanoid creatures to attempt to make physical contact with SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is to be decently clothed at all times, if the subject is not decently clothed1 then all non-threatening attempts to persuade the subject to clothe itself are to be made, if this does not prove effective then contact is to be made with Lily Hook and Lily Hook is to tell SCP-XXXX-1 to clothe itself.
SCP-XXXX-1 is not to be threatened, harmed or scared in any way, SCP-XXXX-1 suffers from nyctophobia2, as such, SCP-XXXX-1's containment cell is to be well lit at all times during the day, during the night, the night light in SCP-XXXX-1's containment cell is to be on until the lights are turned on in the morning.
No personal are able to enter SCP-XXXX-1's containment cell without first receiving permission from SCP-XXXX-1 via the monitor on the wall beside its containment cell's door, any attempts to enter SCP-XXXX-1's containment cell without receiving permission have resulted in SCP-XXXX-2 pushing the person(s) out of the room, SCP-XXXX-1 has only ever denied people from entering its containment cell when Lily Hook is in the room.
SCP-XXXX-1 is allowed to interact with Lily Hook inside of its containment cell for 1 hour every third day(see interview XXXX-1-1).
Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX-1 and Lily Hook's relationship, as well as SCP-XXXX-2's behaviour, all surveillance on SCP-XXXX-1 are to cease whilst Lily Hook is in the room
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a 16-year-old Caucasian Female with the appearance and physical development of a 10-13-year-old, with brown eyes, short brown hair, and a height of 132cm, SCP-XXXX-1 is not capable of speech having been born with aphonia but is capable of communication through Auslan3, typing and writing4.
SCP-XXXX-2 is an entity of unknown origin, invisible to everybody but SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-1 describes SCP-XXXX-2 as a "Friendly Shadow", SCP-XXXX-2 is capable of reducing objects to a fine mist or powder, SCP-XXXX-1 states that it does this by "Waving at it, like he's saying hello", SCP-XXXX-2 is capable of moving across the world instantaneously through a form of teleportation that SCP-XXXX-1 refers to as "Shadow Walking", SCP-XXXX-2 is capable of transporting SCP-XXXX-1 through this method, however, has never gone further then 30m while transporting SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-2 has only been observed to do this when SCP-XXXX-1 is in extreme distress, such as when somebody touches her or when she is separated from Lily Hook for too long.
Lily Hook is a civilian with an apparent romantic relationship with SCP-XXXX-1, Lily Hook is the only person capable of making physical contact with SCP-XXXX-1 and is the most effective way of controlling SCP-XXXX-1, with SCP-XXXX-1 doing everything that Lily Hook says, attempts to imitate Lily Hook's voice have resulted in SCP-XXXX-2 breaking the imitator's jaw, if the imitation is being done by a computer or an audio recording then the computer or audio playing device will be destroyed by SCP-XXXX-2, once this is done, SCP-XXXX-2 will inform SCP-XXXX-1 of the deception and SCP-XXXX-1 will typically become annoyed and refuse to follow any rules, orders or procedures, whilst in the presence of SCP-XXXX-1, Lily Hook falls under the protection of SCP-XXXX-2, although this protection is limited, with the most severe injuries sustained being large bruises on the offending parties.
History: SCP-XXXX-1 first came into foundation custody when she was assaulted by 4 people in an alleyway in the centre of ████████, resulting in the deaths of the 4 people, SCP-XXXX-1 then ran out into the street, causing a panic and resulting in the deaths of █ civilians, police arrived and attempted to arrest SCP-XXXX-1 resulting in █ more deaths, the foundation was contacted and MTF-Gamma-12 "Fan Blades" arrived on scene within 10 minutes, at which point SCP-XXXX-1 had ran down the street and into a clothes store, SCP-XXXX-1 was found crying in a corner of the store, being comforted by Lily Hook, Upon seeing MTF-Gamma-12, Lily Hook Yelled to "Get back if you don't want to die", MTF-Gamma-12 Captain, William Grate explained their purpose to Lily Hook, upon hearing this, Lily Hook led SCP-XXXX-1 to the vehicle that MTF-Gamma-12 had arrived in and told William Grate to "Be Nice if you don't want to die", Class-A Amnestics were distributed, however, any attempts to distribute amnestics to Lily Hook resulted in large bruises appearing on the person(s) attempting to distribute the amnestics.
