SCP-4961: The Charger

Containment procedures: Keep SCP-4961 charged and untouched

SCP-4961 also known as The Charger is a teleporting entity. SCP-4961 will defy all rules of physics to summon itself somewhere with a cord. It will then connect and stay still until destroyed, unplugged or if the electricity stops flowing through. If any of these things happen to SCP-4961 it will move somewhere else with a working circuit transforming back to its original form (if destroyed).
