Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2025 is currently unable to be contained. Due to it's nature, it is only hoped that the storm will cross into a remote part of the world.
Description: SCP-2025 is a large, dark, storm cloud that produces heavy fog to any in the range of it. It does not produce rain, but looks like any other storm cloud. Any within the range of SCP-2025 for 2-4 hours will begin to see instances of SCP-2025-2, SCP-2025-2 is a large shadow figure that blends in well with the thick fog. It is tall, and is said to look down on the victim with its empty face. When this takes place, (usually around the 3 hour mark) the victim will usually become extremely paranoid. Continued exposure causes the victim to show signs of insanity, and will ultimately end up killing themselves. However, if the storm cloud were to move out of range of the victim, all experiences are forgotten by the victim, and would go on with whatever they were doing before the sighting of SCP-2025-2.
