Special containment procedures: SCP 4354 is to be contained in a room similar to SCP-173's. Only the observation room is constructed with a one-sided mirror. The room should have a futon (as is 4354's preference) a toilet, sink, and be provided three meals a day.

#4354's favourite type of food is a type of spicy ramen. It is to be heated for around a minute in a microwave.
Description: SCP 4354 (otherwise known as Kat) is a human that has some features resembling a cat. (features include; cat ears, tail, and whiskers.) Under no circumstance should men be allowed near Kat. (see addendum 4354-1) Also, under any circumstance of breaches, use a controlled shock similar to a disciplinary shock for a pet. (See Incident 4354-1)

** witnesses say that Kat then pulls Dr.Ring into a kiss, they could also see something transfer from Kats' mouth to Dr.Rings mouth.**
Kat sits down with a sly grin on her face as Dr.Ring writhes and screams while contorting over in pain.
Ring then throws up inhumane amounts of blood and after three seconds falls over and dies.
Note: any other men that came in contact with Kat has died within ten minutes. However, women, surprisingly kat doesn't do anything. Is this some reproductive cycle?

Kat has breached containment, guards try to stop her, bullets have no effect on her, and one guard pulls out a tazor and shocks Kat. Kat lets out a loud moan while shivering in what seems like pleasure.
Kats' containment is secured once again. Now introducing her to a shock collar.
Note: it seems that being shocked to Kat is like a human having an orgasm. It leaves her tired, however unable to move. She is very excited and now complies with all orders…sometimes even asking for a shock. Dr.Kath
