Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procdures:
SCP-XXXX is not to be given any electronic items unless for testing. No personnel are to come into direct contact with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is to be put in a standard humanoid containment unit with reinforced steel-plated walls to prevent escape.
All instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are to be destroyed after testing.
Any personnel surviving direct contact with SCP-XXXX must be quarantined and evaluated for physical and psychological damage.

Description: SCP-XXXX has the appearance of a freckled, ginger-haired Caucasian male in its mid to late thirties. Other than its anomaly, it has the general behavior and mannerisms of an ordinary human. SCP-XXXX is quiet and apprehensive, not eager to interact with personnel or other SCPs. It mostly keeps to itself, silently playing with pixels that it plucks from its own body. It does not show any signs of pain when it does this.

SCP-XXXX's anomalous trait is similar to a glitch; the entity is physically unstable, and it constantly flickers in and out of view. Its figure is distorted as if viewed through 3-D glasses.
SCP-XXXX is not immortal, and has no regenerative abilities. When tissue is lost, the wounded area of flesh becomes blurred and pixelated until it heals. SCP-XXXX can also hover momentarily and phase through objects due to the instability of its physical make-up. This would have made containment difficult had it not been relatively cooperative. However, it cannot pass through dense objects such as steel.

Direct contact with SCP-XXXX compromises the physical stability of any object that isn't significantly larger than the entity itself. The object is often torn apart from the instability.

When SCP-XXXX touches a non-electronic, non-living object (SCP-XXXX-1), it becomes similarly unstable to SCP-XXXX. Its appearance flickers and it can pass through low-density materials. SCP-XXXX-1 doesn't feel solid or "real" to the touch; personnel who come into contact with it compare it to TV static.

When SCP-XXXX comes into contact with a piece of electronic technology, (SCP-XXXX-2) the object fails to work properly but can be somewhat controlled by SCP-XXXX, though with difficulty and it is not always willing to control said object. SCP-XXXX-2 is less stable than SCP-XXXX-1 and occasionally emits hazardous electric sparks.

If SCP-XXXX touches a living organism, the results vary but are nearly always fatal. The organism's body will malfunction; misplaced body parts or organs glitching outside of the body are not uncommon.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX was discovered ██/██/199█, in ███████, Florida. It was relocated to Site-88 after its discovery. It did not resist containment for very long and seemed to understand why it was being contained. It has not aged after its initial discovery, retaining the appearance of a roughly 30-year-old man. The origin of SCP-XXXX's anomaly is unknown.
