Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be circled by S.S Antigua and S.S Salvadoras, both ships are to have a crew no fewer of 50 people. Any entities attempting to leave the patrolled area are to be terminated by any means necessary, and retrieved for research if possible. At no time should any personnel attempt to "explore" or go on SCP-XXXX without initial approval of Phi-2 Commander Donald Reyes.

Description: SCP-XXXX describes a single tropical island 510 kilometers West of Peru, which will from here on be referred to as Isla Antigua. This island measures 12.8 kilometers in length and 6.4 kilometers in width at its longest point, averaging 5.92 Kilometers in width overall. Isla Antigua presents Five(5) different biomes throughout the island. These biomes have been noted as: Coastal region, Forest, Swamp, Mountainous, and Redwoods. While it will rain in any of these biomes, it has never been observed to snow, hail, or frozen rain despite having extremely low temperatures during the winter months. On this island, several extinct species have been discovered mostly consisting of dinosaurs from vastly different time periods. It seems, despite the massive time gap these species would normally have had, they thrive together to make a functional ecosystem. The most notable anomalous property of this island is that hatchlings of the previously noted species will spontaneously appear through means which are unknown randomly throughout the island. Direct observation of this particular phenomenon has as of yet been unsuccessful due to all electrical devices observing this event begin to show signs of complete system failure until the event have fully passed, which is documented to last approximately 10 seconds. Humans trying to observe this event will most likely be hunted down by the entity. However in successful observations, victims have reported to have no memory of the event itself but remember everything before and after the event clearly. This has been identified as a memetic effect as a result of the event. This particular phenomenon will be classified as the Spawn Event.

Further exploration of the island resulted in the discovery of several man-made buildings, including a port of the far east side of the Island. This leads us to believe that this anomaly was the result of a human organization. The only lead of discovering who these people were is a logo and name found on the property of these buildings, "Phoenix International". No official business or organization around the world has been found with any relation to this island or anomaly, and we have yet to discover another lead to find this possible Group of Interest. + Addendum-XXXX-2 Building List

Aviary - This suggests that various flying reptiles on the island were once contained within this aviary. No structural damage was discovered, the means in how they escaped are unknown.

Research Station - A complex of buildings located in the middle of the island, thought to be a research center for Phoenix International. Substantial structural damage was discovered, cause of damage is unknown but believed to be the result of a large predator on the island. Equipment inside of the building had the Phoenix International logo and text imprint, no other items of interest were discovered.

Radio Tower - A functioning radio tower was discovered on the highest point of Isla Antigua, which is currently not receiving or sending any transmission but is powered. Human blood was discovered on the door handle and wall on the entrance to the Radio Towers control room. Nothing of interest was discovered inside of the control room.

Containment Area - A large, fenced off area within the Coastal region of the island. Substantial structural damage was discovered on a large portion of the fence, presumably from a large predator which was held here by Phoenix International.

Port - A port on the coastal region of the Island. On the port, boxs of weapons and standard research equipment were discovered. These items were put into quarantine to possibly be used for the Foundations purposes.

Docks - A large dock was discovered in the opposite side of the island from the Port, locked on the Coastal region. This dock is capable of harboring large ships, making it ideal for Foundation naval units to dock here for exploration or transfer purposes. Several damaged crates were found on the Docks with no items of interest inside of them. No manifest or other items of interest were found.

Occasionally, during the Spawn Event an abnormality will appear rather than a hatchling of the listed species. Unknown entities that resemble some of these species have formulated themselves onto the Island, following a swift disappearance after being on Isla Antigua for a period between two days up to one week. These organisms seem to be heavily genetically engineered strains of the species on Isla Antigua, being up to twice as large as the original species with many physical differences. Along with having heavily armored plates resistant to standard weapons, most discovered entities are capable of detaching its jaw similar to many species of snakes. Two pieces of the lower jaw are held by an elastic ligament, each side being capable of moving independently. This allows these "strains" to consume prey up to twice its size whole. It has been observed that these entities also use this as a threat display to scare off potential competitors in food, and even using it to intimidate prey despite being the largest and strongest thing on the island.

*Human corpse covered in boils and several bacterial scars. Cause of death unknown, no traces of Staphylococcus aureus were discovered. Corpse was put under quarantine by MTF Beta-7 "Maz Hatters". Further research was approved by Level-5 administration to discover cause of death.

The corpse has been identified as one David L. Orourke. No personal items were found on Mr. Orourke, and it was required to run his name through every possible database to discover his history and identity. It was found that Mr. Orourke is a 39 year old white male, born 4/11/1980 who lived in Virginia. Currently, Mr. Orourke had a wife with two young children. A missing persons report was sent to Virginia Beach local police two years ago by Ms. Carter, Orourkes wife before they divorced a month before. Intelligence Agents in Virginia Beach will alert Ms. Elizabeth Carter that Orourkes body was found in an abandoned factory with several knife wounds, and has been murdered. To her knowledge and local police, the murderer was found and arrested for the sake of morale improvement.

*Extreme structural damage to the top of the Aviary. Cause of damage is suspected to be a strain of one of the flying species of the island. Report of abnormally large flying reptiles should be immediately reported to your supervisor.

*Humanoid corpse, featuring lack of pigmentation, lack of eyes or eye sockets, and a large mouth with carnivorous teeth used to tear flesh. Along with this, the creature had legs, feet, and claws resembling that of a Utahraptor. With very little body mass, the muscles of this entity seemed to have been artificially enhanced and were predicted to have gone speeds up to 20 miles per hour. No >live specimen or other corpse has been recovered from the island. Further research concluded that >this entity was a carnivore, and its primary diet consisted of humans. This entity has been dubbed >"The Cannibal".
