Special Containment Procedures:SCP-XXXX can be contained in any size cells as long as it has gamma radiation flowing in it. Plus the cell SCP-XXXX is in must be in a bigger cell that has more gamma radiation in it but can be only activated on emergencies.
You need Access level 5 just to look at the darn thing and access level four to just go in the second cell.
No kids must enter SCP-XXXX's cell. If they try they will be locked up or shot if needed.
Description: SCP-XXXX or Parting Smoke is a black ball of smoke floating in mid air. It has no mass and has no size. The smoke seems limitless with no end, plus the smoke can be any form of matter. It could be fragile and can be easily pierce with any projectile going at reasonable speed or it could be tough as steal. The smoke can also change its sharpness and heat. It is highly intelligent and can manipulate a person's emotions. Due to these abilities SCP-XXXX is nearly impossible to contain but one set back prevents SCP-XXXX from turning into a death cloud, gamma radiation.
When scientists realized that SCP-XXXX powers were nullified to its weakest form they began to build a cell that traps and creates gamma radiation while keeping it inside the cell. This was discovered at a nuclear power plant when SCP-XXXX escaped from Site ██. The cameras saw, and recorded, SCP-XXXX flying around the plant killing the workers. It got to the vault where the nuclear waste was stored and it was acting strangely. It began its form was glitching. It was increases in size as well as decreasing while different parts of it went different ways in big chunks and coming back. The Field Team recovered it and but it in a box in a copter. Sadly it escaped after leaving the site killing four agents, bodies not found, and leaving one heavily injured to the point he looked dead. A second batch was sent to capture it but this time using modified rifles that use uranium bullets with suits that block radiation. Once they captured it they placed it in a sealed Titanium box with a in lining of uranium and other nuclear material. They brought it back and placed it in its cell.
Even though it was contained it killed 11.2 million people which caused massive outrage from people who lost loved ones to SCP-XXXX. There were hundreds of protest against the foundation but then stopped when a O-5 member stepped up and told them what would have happened if they didn't capture these beings and just let them run lose. The protest stopped and from that grave birthed the SCP Foundation Service Center. A building where people can donate money and help the foundation and help their cause. It was just a small group of people after the protest realizing how important the foundation really was and was offering donations and job services. More and more joined and now over 349,000 members are part of this and they are still growing. Sites all around the world are getting free cleaning, lunch, services, etc from these friendly people.
Incident #1 "The Death of Millions"
Summary: SCP-XXXX escaped when a girl from another experiment came over to SCP-XXXX's room entered, died, reborn but SCP-XXXX is controlling her, and escaped for the girl to transform back to SCP-XXXX and kill thousands of people in and out of the site before being captured.
Details: A little girl named Anna, age 11 and survived an experiment, came to SCP-XXXX's room by pressing a red button. She came in to then be knocked unconscious as soon as she entered. The staff noticed and rushed to save her but it was to late. SCP-XXXX made a spiral ball of smoke on the very curves of the room, which was the shape of a dome. The staff heard a scream and then silence. The smoke cleared and saw the girl banging on the door and crying and screaming "LET ME FREE I DON'T WANT TO DIE! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! THE BIG MONSTER IS COMING! PLEASE!!" And this is where SCP-XXXX emotional powers come in play. Some of the staff started to try and free the girl. Oddly enough it was the guards, who seemed to never show emotion, and not the emotional people. They tried without harming staff then started to shoot staff to get to the button controlling the door. One got through and then SCP-XXXX escaped. It covered itself with a ball of smoke for a few seconds to turn back into smoke form.
This time however the smoke was white has it filled all the rooms and hallways of the site, unlike the black smoke and killing through stabbing. At a breath it the smoke would expand your lungs and make them explode. Not even gas masks can filter it out. Once it killed all the staff in the site the smoke start expanding outside. At first it was only at the ground but a few minutes later it was 3 meters high and was already at the neighborhoods and towns. As its height grew to six meters as well as its width and length by thousands of Km the city was evacuating the people who stayed died. The people who decided to evacuate also died because the smoke started to rise higher and expand faster. The smoke was now 60 meters high and hundreds of thousands of Km in length and width. The estimated deaths around 8.67 million people, the high deaths were due to SCP-XXXX containment cell was located on Long Island.
The next day the whole state of New York was covered in White death smoke killing over 20 million people and is now 234 million meters high. The USA is already trying to make a giant wall but with no success. As it started to spread to the hotter spots of the country the smoke started to evaporate. At a temp of 73.88 C* the smoke evaporates. When the government realized this they started to evaporate the smoke with bombs, flame throwers, and other heat making objects. In two months the clouds disappeared and SCP-XXXX was found wondering the barren lands and was captured by field agents. Nearly the whole USA was gone and over 288.49 million deaths in the US alone and a few million in Canada.
After the Incident the Government of both nations forbidden any research on SCP-XXXX and must focus on finding how to create a perfect cell for SCP-XXXX. But millions of millions of protesters protest to close the foundation so they did, or did they? For the past three years they were containing the SCP-0001 — Inf until the government of both nations secretly declared the foundation can finally start research on other anomalies expect on SCP-XXXX.

Field Agent █████: No one really knows how terrifying or what that thing is. They tell you its just dangerous smoke that can kill you but… they never told us how dangerous it is. They said to "Capture n Leave" but…. ( Crying ) it didn't go that way.
Dr. ██: Calm down now tell us the mission and the events in order.
Field Agent █████: Okay.. ( starts to stop sobbing ) the mission was to grab or suck SCP-XXXX and but it in a metal box and go back to site ██. When we got there it was sort of glitching. Its body moving randomly and go forward to reappear to its original spot. We stared but then ignored it then started to suck it up. Once we put it in the box and were about a few Km away from the plant it broke free.
Dr. ██: Okay what happened… calm down and stop crying. Please focus. Now tell me what happened. ███
Field Agent █████: ( stops crying again ) it broke free and ( snorts ) killed everyone on the copter and injured me badly even after unloading all our bullets. It hit me close to the heart but not close enough to not hit while not hitting anything else or that's what doc told me. As I was falling, while still looking dead, I could see it grabbed my fellow agents and then dissolving them all at the same time. I some how survived to live the tale though.
Dr. ██: Thank you for telling me your story I will send someone to pick you up and will get your rehabilitation lessons started. Plus we gave you some extra cash or about 1 million dollars. Once you leave you will be greeted by someone to talk you home and waiting at your house is well " endless pleasure" and feel free to take some days off.

After the meeting Field Agent █████ got some rehabilitation lessons and got his one mill. When he got home he found what the "Endless Pleasure" was so he got a few days off. He went back to work to only die a few days due to "Over Stress"
