Hmm, can anyone read this?
Item #: SCP-[insert not-imaginary number here]
Object Class: [insert a weird non-word here]
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-[¿¿¿] Is to be held in a large room with a secure door and 1 window for experiments. The room for SCP-[¿¿¿] is to be checked weekly for movement of SCP-[¿¿¿], if SCP-[¿¿¿] is less than 3 meters from a wall, ceiling or the floor the room is to be reconstructed to make sure SCP-[¿¿¿] doesnt get out of the room.
Personnel observing SCP-[¿¿¿] are to be strapped down and secured before turning the bed to face the window and opening the titanium plates on both sides of the bullet-proof window. The time of the observation is to be timed accurately and Personnel observing SCP-[¿¿¿] are required to recount everything they see as accurately as they can for the whole duration of the test.
Experimentation on SCP-[¿¿¿] requires approval of level █████ personnel due to potential ██████ of human kind.
Description: SCP-[¿¿¿] was found inside the facility █████ days after the construction had completed and nobody knows where it came from or if it was already there before the construction of the facility had begun.
SCP-[¿¿¿] is a seemingly invisible entity that never moves and cannot be interacted with in anyway. After its discovery and an excessive amount of experiments on it, we can conclude that the entity does infact move, but very slowly, about 2-15cm per week, in "so far" random directions.
SCP-[¿¿¿] Has also been measured to sometimes affect its surroundings with minor magnetic pulses, but even with months of non-stop testing, no pattern has been found and it doesnt seem to react to or be affected by magnetic fields (or anything else) in any way and therefor cannot be moved to another location. No methods of destroying it has been discovered.
When observed for the first time SCP-[¿¿¿] is 100% invisible and undetectable by anyone or anything apart from the minor magnetic pulses it sometimes emits for unknown reasons. Upon longer observation, varying between 5 minutes and 4 hours of continuous watching, subjects report seeing something. It usually start with a faint shimmer and ripples in the air. The longer the subject observes SCP-[¿¿¿] the more visible and complex it seems to get.
During the longer experiments (over 15 hours) subjects start getting uneasy and want to stop despite being promised very significant rewards and while they are in no danger of any kind. They also start reporting seeing shapes, usually circles or orbs that slowly move in random patterns.
Usually after a full day the subjects get too exhausted to keep their eyes open and remain awake and do active observation of SCP-[¿¿¿] so they are removed from the room and receive rest before getting tested for any possible effects. In these relatively short amounts of time, subjects do not develop permanent trauma or afflictions.
If the same subject returns to again observe SCP-[¿¿¿] he sort of continues where he left off, he can immadietly see SCP-[¿¿¿] in the state he last saw it, as if it did have a permanent effect on the subjects while no test has been able to confirm this.
After another full day of observing SCP-[¿¿¿] subjects continue to get even more anxious and uneasy, reporting increasingly intense things, like imploding pyramids, changing colors and flashing lights, some even reports smells or music while there is no way they could smell or see the space on the other side of the window and while no measuring instruments detect anything.
After learning that one of the subjects had developed a brain tumor, almost all subjects so far have refused to return for futher testing, no matter what rewards were promised, but not all. After all, we cannot prove that SCP-[¿¿¿] was the cause of this tumor since no effect on anyone has been recorded so far.
On the third day, subjects start to make weird noises, as if they were in agony but enjoyed it. They report seeing SCP-[¿¿¿] move around faster and changing in colors and shapes much more quickly.
All subjects testing for a third day report smells, tastes and sounds that they have never experienced before, some even feel like they are being touched by something. Subject number-██████ reported he was dancing while subject number-███ was convinced he was drowning and demanded to be released immadietly. Personnel conducting the experiment reported that the subject did indeed sound like he was drowning, but no water was found in his lungs and no effects of any kind were measured.
While the staff was convinced the experiment had changed the subjects and subjects were also convinced of this, no proof was found.
Tests after day 3 have been discontinued and reading reports of these tests requires level 5 clearance.
On day 4 subjects are very quiet apart from the weird noises they make and sometimes refuse to report what they see, they really seem to enjoy it, they report seeing impossible geometry and calculations in alien languages, they can even explain parts of the calculations despite the fact that they have no training in mathematics and many tests on the math they discover seem to point that they are correct, but the math is way beyond what human technology is capable of handling and therefor cannot be proven to be correct or even possible.
After day 4 subjects have a hard time remembering what they saw and there is still no measurable effects on them, even tho the staff agrees that something has changed, for example the text subjects are eager to come back and didnt want to stop the test even after 24 hours of basically just sitting still and staring at the same thing with no food, water or rest, subject number-█████ even soiled himself and didnt notice untill 2 hours after the test had ended.
Only 1 test has went a full 5 days and the subject seemed to talk complete nonsense, move his head rapidly and try to get out of the bed. His mood changed drastically many times and he at times seemed totally calm and unaware of a test going on, he was cracking jokes and revealing embarassing secrets the staff had. Nobody in the staff admitted to seeing the subject before this test or telling him anything during the test.
Near the end of the test the subject seemingly on purpose dislocated his shoulder and got out of the restraints, he then killed 1 staff member with a shift stab with his fingers right under the ribcage, removing his heart, the rest of the staff ran out of the room and pressed the emergency lock down button.
an armed security team arrived in a matter of seconds and entered the room.
Security camera footage revealed that the subject said something undecipherable to the leader of the security team, whom he had never met before or could not recognize through the armor and gas mask he was wearing, after hearing his wifes name security team leader ██████ opened fire on the rest of the security team, killing them instantly and then running after the research staff.
The staff was already behind a secure door, but the subject calmly walked over to the door and hacked the door panel in 5 seconds, the door opened and the staff was killed.
After 2 days of lockdown connections to the area were re-established and we received a radio signal from the security team leader.
He spoke fast into his radio, not listening to responds or questions, he told us that subject number-█████ has constructed some sort of a teleportation device from the lab equipment and was nowhere to be seen. He explained how he was left behind to relay a message and to destroy the teleportation device to make sure subject █████ is not followed. The message simply was that it is in the best interest of us, everyone and everything to stop human kind from existing. He then destroyed the teleportation device and shot himself in the head.
Through some of the camera footage the new research team was able to collect parts of the construction process of the teleportation device, but even with the camera footage and the remains of the device, we have still not been able to reconstruct the device.
Some of the sound files revealed conversations subject █████ had with ██████, everyone who listens to the full conversation either goes catatonic followed by permanent coma, goes on a rampage attacking everyone around them or attempts suicide with the closest sharp object, often a pencil.
The sound file itself could be considered an SCP, but 1 single test done to subject number-113"terminated" revealed that its a normal conversation, with mostly english words where subject █████ explains what happens to the universe if humans do continue existing and what happens if they dont.
subject number-113 was specifically asked to describe the conversation as a whole and NOT recite it, we basically fooled him into saying the non-dangerous part before he was allowed to recite it, he was terminated as he started to recite the conversation.
