Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature, size, and location of SCP-4783, there is currently no way to effectively contain or stop its activation, only to delay it, keep knowledge of it from spreading, and isolate some members of Humanity to attempt repopulation and colonization on another planet. It is believed that only PoI-4783 knows how to completely stop the activation of SCP-4783, and as such, locating and detaining him is Alpha Priority. Each day, at precisely 22:34 Eastern Standard Time, Procedure 4783-1 is to be enacted inside of SCP-4783-6.
Description: SCP-4783 refers to a collection of items, structures, and entities. SCP-4783-1 is the Sphinx of Giza. Behind it, from left to right, are SCP-4783-2 to SCP-4383-4, the Pyramids in Giza. SCP-4783-5 is a stone tablet, more commonly referred to as the Rosetta Stone. SCP-4783-5 describes what will happen upon the activation of SCP-4783-1. If any individual discovers the true meaning of the Hieroglyphics on SCP-4783-5, or is contacted by PoI-4783, they are to be designated an instance of SCP-4783-7, and Mobile Task force Omega-29 ("Mummy Keepers") will be deployed to detain the individual for questioning. If detainment is not possible, the instance of SCP-4783-7 is to be terminated using any non-bladed conventional weapon, preferably a firearm.
SCP-4783-7 instances are split into two (2) categories. Male instances of SCP-4783-7 are categorized as SCP-4783-7-A, while female instances are categorized as SCP-4783-7-B. Both SCP-4783-7-A and SCP-4783-7-B instances will attempt to convince people of the true nature of SCP-4783-5. Instances of SCP-4783-7-A are to be contained in a standard Class-D containment cell at Site-██. SCP-4783-7-A instances are to be fitted with a shock collar capable of delivering a shock of no less than ███ volts. Instances are also to be fitted with a high-grade Titanium-Steel alloy chastity belt at all times. Should an instance of SCP-4783-7-A be noted to be acting strangely, a █ volt shock is to be delivered. Should they continue, a shock of ██ volts is to be administered. If an instance of SCP-4783-7-A be seen attempting to remove, or having successfully removed, their chastity belt, they are to be shocked with ███ volts. If the instance survives this, they are to be used in the next performance of Procedure P-4783-1.
Instances of SCP-4783-7-B are to be kept in a 3m x 3m x 1m stone cell at Site-██, in groups of at least 3 instances per cell, and no more than ██ per cell. Instances are to be chained to a wall for at least 9 hours per day. Instances should not be restrained for more than 1█ hours per day. Every 3 hours, 5 male Class-D personnel are to enter the cell, and all instances of SCP-4783-7-B are to be █████. Should any instances of SCP-4783-7-B become pregnant, they will be taken to a █m x █m x █m cell, and, upon childbirth, the baby will be ███████. Should the instance of SCP-4783-7-B attempt to stop this, they are to be ████.
SCP-4783-6 is the Washington Monument in Washington, D.C., USA. Ground-penetrating radar imaging has determined that it is not simply an obelisk, as it has a hilt and hand guard, similar to a sword. SCP-4783-6 was designed by Robert Mills, who is believed to be the first instance of SCP-4783-7. His body is to be kept in cryogenic containment chamber 4783-A-██ on floor █ at Site-██ █.
Procedure P-4783-1: Each day at 22:34 Eastern Standard Time, the following are to be brought to the top level of SCP-4783-6:
One (1) Instance of SCP-4783-7-A, selected at random
One (1) Instance of SCP-4783-7-B, selected at random
One (1) Class-D personnel, with a prior history of murder
One (1) Curved obsidian ritual knife
Two (2) Armed Guards of Level-3 security clearance
Two (2) Senior Armed Guards of Level-4 security clearance
One (1) Feline carrying crate
One (1) Bottle of ███████ brand shaving cream
One (1) ███████ brand 4-blade razor
One (1) Bottle of ██████ brand bleach
Two (2) Bottles of ████ brand dish soap
One (1) Black ██████ brand backpack
Twenty (20) 6"x6" white towels, made up of █% cotton, ██% linen, ██% wool.
Ten (10) Feet of sturdy rope, preferably made up of primarily █████.
One (1) Iron chisel
One (1) Wood-grip hammer with an iron head
Procedure is as follows;
1. One Guard and one Senior Guard enter the top level of SCP-4783-6, clear the room for any people or items.
2. SCP-4783-7-A and SCP-4783-7-B enter the room.
3. Class-D personnel enters the room with the ██████ brand backpack, containing other items mentioned above.
4. SCP-4783-7-B instance is stripped of all clothing.
5. Class-D personnel ties SCP-4783-7-B instance to wall, with genitalia roughly even with the waist of the SCP-4783-7-A instance.
6. SCP-4783-7-A instance removes clothing, and proceeds to forcibly initiate intercourse the SCP-4783-7-B instance, with █████████ going ██████ ███ ████.
7. 5 minutes are to be allowed to pass. Once 5 minutes have passed, the SCP-4783-7-B will be gutted from the inside by a feline that has formed in the uterus. The feline, designated SCP-4783-7-C, will then remove itself from the body. Once this occurs, one bottle of ████ brand dish soap is to be poured down the throat of the SCP-4783-7-B instance.
8. SCP-4783-7-A instance applies shaving cream to the feline, and proceeds to shave the animal. During this, the SCP-4783-7-C instance will cause severe pain and damage to the instance, primarily on the face and neck.
9. The Class-D personnel will gut the SCP-4783-7-A instance, and the instance of SCP-4783-7-C will be placed inside. The stomach and chest cavity will be filled with ██████ brand bleach, and one bottle of ████ brand dish soap poured down the the throat of SCP-4783-7-A.
10. The SCP-4783-7-C instance is removed after 3 minutes, and put in the carrying crate.
11. The Class-D personnel will clean the blood off the floor, leaving the towels in a pyramid shaped pile.
12. The Class-D personnel will use the hammer and chisel to carve several Egyptian Hieroglyphics in a semicircle. The Class-D personnel will know what glyphs to carve, where to carve them, and what their purpose is. How they receive this knowledge is unknown.
13. The hammer, chisel, empty bottles, knife, and razor are put into the backpack.
14. The Class-D, Senior Guards, and Guards leave SCP-4783-6, and avert their eyes.
15. The instance of SCP-4783-7-C is to be studied, and terminated by incineration 30 days after its creation.
Addendum A-4783-1: PoI-4783
PoI-4783 is a humanoid entity, approximately 5'5" tall, wrapped in cloth, with a black and red hedjet. When a human is contacted by PoI-4783, they will gain knowledge of SCP-4783-5, and become an instance of SCP-4783-7. Should PoI-4783 be spotted, Mobile Task Force Omega-47 ("Pharaoh Chasers") is to be immediately deployed to attempt to detain Poi-4783.
Addendum A-4783-2: Activation of SCP-4783
Once 5,000 instances of SCP-4783-7 exist, SCP-4783-1 will stand up, and SCP-4783-6 will spontaneously appear in its hand. SCP-4783-2 through SCP-4783-4 will instantaneously be filled with humanoid entities, hereafter referred to as SCP-4783-8, wielding stones, hammers, and blades. The army of SCP-4783-8 instances will emerge from the pyramids, and proceed to march behind SCP-4783-1. They will attack any humans in their path, wiping out 93% of the world population in only █ hours. It is expected that this will happen within ██ years, and it has been seen that Procedure P-4783-1 slows down the rate at which new instances of SCP-4783-7.
