Special Containment Procedure: When an SCP-XXXX event arises, PHT¹ and GLC² Agents Provisional Task Force Alpha-20 "Jailbait Kidnappers" are to be deployed into the area. Members of PTF Alpha-20 are to lure off all children until the SCP-XXXX event has been completely disbanded.

Schools and regions capable of spawning an SCP-XXXX event are to be monitored by Class-C and Class-D personnel with a level 2 clearance. Should an SCP-XXXX event happen at any location, the foundation will be alerted and PHT and GLC Agents PTF Alpha-20 dispatched.

A temporary research site will be set up around the area of SCP-XXXX. After all data has been collected Class-A and Class-C amnestics are to be administered, and a cover story fabricated. Various researchers and GLC Agents are to stay behind for roughly [DATA EXPUNGED].

Description: SCP-XXXX is an phenomenon where all the pupils in a school become convinced they are in Anchient Rome, and overthrow all staff in the building; usually through beheading or other violent means of murder, however instances of exile have been recorded. All instances of SCP-XXXX have been elementary schools thus far, with no secondary or post-secondary institutions having this issue.

SCP-XXXX events have been linked to Military, Private, and other outlier schools. In every instance, there are reports of children having an almost hostile relationship with teachers before the incident. Many times, this relationship is presented in an oppositional manner, with many children naming the teachers as 'the enemy.'

Events have been on the foundation's radar since 19██, but were only ever seen as an extreme event of juvenile disobedience. It wasn't until [DATA EXPUNGED]. Agents were sent in and the entire school was terminated. The residents of █████████████, ██ were given Class-A amnestics and Dr. Alexis filed for SCP status.

Interviewed: Agent ██████

Interviewer: Dr. J██████

Foreword: After preliminary examination, medical personnel deemed Agent ██████ stable and fit to interview.

Dr. J██████: Can you tell me what happened? One more time for the record.

Agent ██████: So, enter the place right? And we see this boy at the end of the hallway. He's crying. Head in his hands. We approach in with a pyramid formation-

Dr. J██████: Just to clarify, for the recording, this was right when you entered the building.

Agent ██████: Yeah. G████████ [another agent who entered with Agent ██████] approached him. Tried talking to him, saying things like "are you okay" and "can you talk to me." Ya'know, standard procedure for children. Then out of [EXPLETIVE] no where this kid just stabs him, [EXPLETIVE] stabs him. With. A. Pencil. Like, G████████ steps back from the kid, bleeding all over, and there's this six year old just standing there with bloody pencil.

Dr. J██████: Now, how big was this pencil? Because the med-

Agent ██████: No bigger than my hand.

Dr. J██████: Because the medical staff reported he had a stab wound roughly 20 cm in length. In fact, there was an exit wound on the other side, implying that it went all the way through him. By their estimation it was a sword that did it.

Agent ██████: All I saw was a pencil. But I got hit by a couple pencils (Agent ██████ made quotation marks with his fingers) myself. It wouldn't surprise me. I've never been hit by a sword, but I get the feeling it feels a [EXPLETIVE] of a lot like that.

Dr. J██████: What happened next?

Agent ██████: Right. So, after G████████ is stabbed, boys come out of the woodwork. They screamed "Giants!" at us. They had pencils, were throwing forks. Some were using spoons to lob… grapes, I think. Charlie [another agent], to my right, grabbed G████████ and we all started making a retreat.

Dr. J██████: What did the grapes do.

Agent ██████: (pulls up shirt to reveal bruise 10 cm in diameter) Hurts, man. They threw forks, too, and one of those caught Agent James in his leg, so I ended up dragging up him. Out of fear, I pulled my gun and shot a blank into the group. I guess the loud noise scared them, because they stopped for a bit after that.

Dr. J██████: Alright. That'll be all. Let's get you back to bed, okay?

Closing Statement: After interview Agent ██████ was returned to on site medical staff.

+Addendum A:

On ██/██/████, an SCP-XXXX event occurred in [DATA EXPUNGED]. The local population reported the children already decapitating one teacher as "an example," and sending others away heavily injured.

Agents were sent into the school armed with blanks, tear gas, pepper spray, and one taser per agent. Orders were given not to shoot any children, but instead, to remove them and secure the area. Roughly ten minutes later, the Agents exited; visibly in poor condition with a few Agents attacking children in building.

After stab wounds and bruises were treated, interviews were conducted. See Interview Log XXXX-02 Due to lack of severely dangerous weaponry (eg. pistols, rifles) Dr. J██████ put forward the idea of dressing agents in heavy armor and attempting to remove the children forcibly. Dr. Alexis countered with a proposal to pose as giants and bargain for 'sacrifices'. Both options had no good contingency if SCP-XXXX were to create more harmful circumstances.

Researcher C-7043█ volunteered going in himself.³ C-7043█ stated that he would attempt to sneak in and lure off children one by one and bring them back to the foundation. The researcher's plan was approved by both doctors and he was sent in only with a rag of chloroform.

Eighteen children were successfully secured by C-7043█, and the remaining ██ were [DATA EXPUNGED].

Note: We seriously need to find a better way of dispelling SCP-XXXX. If not, someone's gonna catch on and we're gonna start getting accused of war crimes. C-7043 might be onto something though. -Dr. Alexis

+Addendum B:

Dr. J██████ and Dr. Alexis called for genius children or adults with panhypopituitarism employed by the Foundation to be moved to SCP-XXXX immediately. After a group had been successful assembled, they were trained by various Agents that had been previously assigned to SCP-XXXX. Trained Foundation Personale with panhypopituitarism were known, and will be hereafter known as PHT Agents. Trained children all had at least an IQ of 170, and will be hereafter known as Genius Level Children (GLC) Agents⁴

When an SCP-XXXX event was reported in Madison, ██, the PHT and GLC Agents were dispatched onto the scene. Various PHT Agents were paired with GLC Agents. While a couple were refused entry⁵, most Agents made it into the school.

Over a period of eight hours, 4██ students were removed from the school, and the remaining ██ were taken down in a coordinated [DATA EXPUNGED]. Class-A amnestics were administered to the town of Madison.

Note: We were in and out in no time at all. Other doctors wish their SCP's were that simple. Due to how simple the containment procedures are, I would like to institute begin interviewing the children once SCP-XXXX has been disbanded -Dr. J██████

Foreword: Once removed from other children in SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-04 began acting like a normal child, however, unlike other recovered children, SCP-XXXX-04 was capable of remembering past events and was amicable to discussing them.

[DATA EXPUNGED]

Dr. J██████ and Dr. Alexis would both like to remind all members of PTF Alpha-20 should never sexually engage with anyone under the influence of SCP-XXXX, under any circumstance. While Romans are known to be more overtly sexual than most cultures, that is no excuse for you to do the same thing. At most, suggestions may be made to lure people away.

Recalling situations during which were outliers. One that worshiped Christianity. One in China worshiped Chinese deities. In Persia, Persian gods. Another the Cicada God. All still claimed to be part of the Roman Empire.

+Addendum F-1: ACCESS REQUIRED

One worshiped [DATA EXPUNGED], resulting in the death of half of PTF Alpha-20 and the research team. All site personnel were given Class-A amnesics. Data Expunged due to memetic hazards.

+Addendum G:

Discover an old school that had been abandoned back in 19██. Found in 20██. Entirely a working city, but most of the food just appears in the cart. Actual (miniature) Colosseum and senate building. Children still children. Items slowly convert back to school and regular objects. One knife found with "Mori aut liberos vivere" written on it, which generally translates to "Live Free or Die." That is the motto of New Hampshire, which is where the school was located at.

Multiple interviews and experiments determine that the children hold onto the fact that SCP-XXXX is real until at least half of the children have been removed from the event. Dr. J██████ puts in a motion for SCP-XXXX to be classified as "Safe" and for Governments to solve their own problems.

Tons of SCP-XXXX Events happen at the same time, most in Italy, others across the Earth. Extra funding and staffing is given to SCP-XXXX research team. Due to the sheer number, each member of PTF Alpha-20 was assigned a single event. The rest of the events were covered by SCP-343, SCP-347, SCP-1058, SCP-208.
Dr. Alexi motions for SCP-XXXX to be reclassified as Keter.

On 13,██,2███, multiple instances of SCP-XXXX were reported across the world, with around 84% located in Italy.
