The following file was originally incorrectly classified, following a breach of regulation. The researchers involved performed their investigation incorrectly, fortunately classifying a Safe anomaly as Keter. While the anomalous item involved in this mis-classification was not able to exploit the dilemma to its advantage, the researchers participating in the matter were strictly admonished while Dr. Boore and Researcher Lee were terminated.
The discrepancy has been resolved and the anomaly is now correctly classified.
