Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is currently contained within the temporary containment wing of Site-76 (Previously Site-98) in an envelope within a standard secure locker unit. To prevent an outbreak of individuals affected by SCP-####; testing has been temporarily suspended until a method for testing with minimal risk of an outbreak is approved.
If an affected individual is discovered site security will:
• Quarantine affected individuals by locking the doors remotely within the site security office.
• Call upon the janitorial personnel to clean and remove any SCP-####-1 instances,
• Attempt to amnesticize affected individuals
NOTICE FROM THE FOUNDATION RECORDS AND INFORMATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION
SCP-####-1 instances are still active and undiscovered within Sites 76 and 98 and the SCP Foundation Database. Any instances must be reported and affected individuals amnesticized.
If you are affected, do not attempt to leave the room you are in and try to quarantine yourself. Instead alert site security over any nearby device. Alert them of the following:
• Number of SCP-####-1 instances there are
• Current location
• How you initially were affected and how to access it
Description: SCP-#### is a drawing on a cut-out piece of paper depicting a unique cartoon-style, black and white character. SCP-#### anomalous properties manifest when viewed upon. When viewed the affected individual will attempt to replicate the drawing infinitely until expiration with any tool or writing implement nearby. Any drawings, forward known as SCP-####-1, created attain the same anomalous properties that the initial drawing has.
Individuals affected have shown a general apathy and overall disinterest towards any activity other than the creation and replication of SCP-####-1 instances. Despite this individuals continue to focus on survival as a main priority, with individuals creating SCP-####-1 instances while simultaneously eating, drinking, or walking. Amnestics have proven to eliminate the effect so long as all memory of the SCP-#### and any subsequent SCP-####-1 instances are removed from memory.
Addenda:
Discovery: Recovered within a fraudulent Foundation shipment upon routine examination at Site-98. Many other anomalies were discovered alongside SCP-#### with all barring 3 having been tested, stored, and documented at current time of writing. SCP-#### was promptly given temporary containment within Site-98. A large amount of individuals were affected upon initial exposure. Individuals were isolated and treated, with basic studies being initiated to determine a method of treatment. Studies terminated upon amnestics being discovered as a suitable treatment for SCP-####.
