Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-3053 is to be kept on a smooth concrete wall 2m x 2m in length and 20cm thick. The concrete wall is not to be ateached to the outer existing wall of SCP-3053,s cell and is instead to be suspended 10cm above ground by a steel rope at all times. The outer wall of SCP-3053,s cell is to be made of 2 layers of white painted steel plates with a smooth sand and stone sement inbetween. Failure to follow the containment procedures can cause a containment breach. SCP-3053,s precense in the cell is to be checked every 6 hours by class-D personnel. If SCP-3053 is not precent in its cell a heat scan is to be taken of every sector of the facilaty. Failure to locate SCP-3053 will lead to a full lockdown of site 19. Entrance of SCP-3053,s cell is only prohibited by class-D personnel with Dr.███ approval or approval by any 04 command who has not been in contact with SCP-3053. approval from Dr.███ is needed for the relocating of SCP-3053.
Description:
SCP-3053 is an a4 note made from oak and bambus. The paper note was made by █████ Which is a german paper industry founded by ██████ ████████ █████ in 1867. The note containes a black and white "smiley face" 10cm in diameter. The ink used to draw the face on SCP-3053 is a mixture of oil and plasic with characteristics of age. The age of the ink mixture is estemated to be between 4000 and 4500 years old. If left unobserved the note will flicker onto another surface conecting to the last surface it was on. Atempts to move or destroy the note have met with failure seeing that SCP-3053 returns to its wall after 1minute on the floor. SCP-3053 is visible trough any solid matter. Subjects that see SCP-3053 will get an sudden urge to touch it.
Contact with SCP-3053 will lead to subject feeling relaxed and calm. Subjects will then start to show symptomes of happiness and a state of joy. This stage makes the subject disconected from the outside world and any atempts to interact with subjects in the 3. stage will meet with failure. Stage 4 of SCP-3053 will lead to subjects constantly laughting and gigling. Said subjects will coght from laughing after long exposure to stage 4. leading subjects to [DATA EXPUNGED] before reacting stage 5. Subject in stage 5 of SCP-3053 will usualy die from organ failure or blood loss in a span of 6 hours after contact with SCP-3053. It is yet unknown if SCP-3053 is a diseace manifeasted in the paper or if SCP-3053 is a reaction in the ink and paper. Further study is to be excuted by Dr.███ in near future.

Subject: D-9391
Procedure: D-9391 was instructed to come into contact with SCP-3053 at 11.01. Dr.███ lead the test giving further instructions to D-9391. The cell was heavely armed with instrutions to wait at the entrance for further notice. Dr.███ took notes during test A, and acted acordingly. D-9391 hesitated to aprothce SCP-3053 and a "time out" was given. D-9391 revealed that he felt anxuis and uneasy around SCP-3053. D-9391 was sent back to SCP-3053, cell. D-9391 hesitated once again to enter SCP-3053,s cell. A slight sigh was heard over the microphone. D-9391 moved slowly into SCP-3053,s cell and aproched SCP-3053. D-9391 tuched SCP-3053 an sighed. D-9391 proceeded for 1 minute to ask for permission to leave. Dr.███ replyed no and demanded that D-9391 aproched SCP-3053 amideatly. D-9391 was estemated to be in the 1. stage of SCP-3053 and eventualy calmed down. D-9391 aproched SCP-3053 further and apered to be inspecting it. When Dr.███ asked what D-9391 was looking at he replyed that it was smiling. D-9391 was now in the 3. stage and all communication with D-9391 was lost. D-9391 continued to laugh and giggle, 4. stage and he was coughting blood and apered to be crying. Dr.███ ended the test at 17.09.
Results:D-9391 was designated for termination. Decontamination of body ongoing. SCP-3053 showed no changes in behavior or struckture.
Analysis:SCP-3053 was designated lethal and testing only prohibited by class-D.
Test A2 - 6-03.████
Subject: D-8723
Procedure:D-8723 was instructed to come into contact with SCP-3053 at 09.39. Dr.███ lead the test giving further instructions to D-8723. The cell,s door was to be open with 2 guards outside with instructions to shoot D-8723 on site. D-8723 had a history with deprssion and suicide. D-8723 proceded into the cell and tuched SCP-3053. D-8723 began to giggle and laugh without passing trough stage 1 and 2. Noted. D-8723 proceded to the 4. stage rather fast and fell to the floor. Dr.███ ended the test at 14.56.
Results: D-8723 designated deseaced. Decontamination of body ongoing. Reason for D-8723,s reaction to SCP-3053 unknown. SCP-3053 did not show any changes after test A2.
Analysis: Further research on D-8723 reaction is to take place in near future.
Test B1 - 6-05-████
Subjects: D-3756, D-2891
Procedure:D-3756 was instructed to come into contact with SCP-3053 at 05.58. Dr.███ lead the test giving further instructions to D-2891. D-3756 and D-2891 were to be locked in SCP-3053,s cell until end of test B1. D-3756 proceded to giggle and laugh. D-2891 stood in the corner waiting for instructions from Dr.███. Dr.███ instructed D-2891 to aprotch D-3756. D-3756 proseded to look at D-2891. A red, yellow and green muckus was leaking from D-3756. D-3756 was from now on to be called SCP-3053-2. D-2891 and SCP-3053-2 aproched eachother slowly. D-2891 asked Dr.███ to let him out. Dr.███ replyed to keep SCP-3053-2 in sight until further notice. SCP-3053-2 walked towards D-2891 leaving red, yellow and green muckus on the floor. SCP-3053-2 proceded to lounge at D-2891. SCP-3053-2 bit D-2891 in the lower leg, and draged D-2891 into a corner. SCP-3053-2 proceded to [DATA EXPUNGED] D-2891 before taking D-2891 back to SCP-3999. Dr.███ ended the test at 10.34.
Results:SCP-3053 is discovered to be a contaigen like virus. D-2891 designated killed. D-3756 designated for termination. SCP-3999,s cell is to be cleaned with a strong acid sterilaiser in further future.
Analysis:Subjects cleaning the object are to wear contaigus hazmat suits from now on.
SCP-3999,s fluid in Dr.███,s lab, located in site-██ after incedent.
- SCP-3053,s fluid is an acid like muckus mesured 0 on the ph scale.
- The fluid has a thick form with red, yellow and green colors.
- The substence reacts with any living object and gives an adrenalin pump to it. This make the creature laugh and giggle while the muckus multiplies inside the body.
- The muckus is highly infectius and contact with SCP-3053 will completely infect to host is 1 to 3 minutes.
- The fluid is shown to be sentient or in any other way living. Seeing that it will follow hosts around on the floor.
- In later discovery (test B2) it has been found that the only way to contain SCP-3053 inside its host is if the host eats the flesh of others in its speases at a daily basis.
- incedent date 11-02-████ SCP-3053 was recorded to "leak" a colorful substence on the floor. The acid like substence proceded to melt into the floor. The roof of SCP-███ was full of holes at this point and MTF were sent to evacuate SCP-███ before further damage could take place. SCP-███ was sucsessfully evacuated from site with no significant damage to the object. The relocating of SCP- ███ cell took place 11-03, 19.34. SCP-3053 continued to "leak" the colorful substence into SCP-███ Cell for a full 9 hours before stoping. At this point the hole SCP-3053 had created was 5 meter wide and at an unmesurable depth. MTF were instructed to gather information about SCP-3053 reaction and reasons for the reaction. SCP-3053,s colorful fluid was tested in Dr.███,s office after the incedent to try and recall data about SCP-3053,s fluid. The testing discovered that SCP-3053 causes a brain infection in the frontal lobe, motor cortex and temporal lobe. The infection likely came into contact with the note and inprinted on it. It is yet unknown were the infection is from and if the are more instences of SCP-3053.
- incedent date 03-07-████ Dr.████ was leading test B2 to test a humans resistance to SCP-3053. At the 6 hour mark D-████, who had been in contact with SCP-3053, started to come ut of balance and fell to the floor. D-████ started to talk to Dr.████ and asked what had just happened. Dr.████ replyed that he had been infected with SCP-3053 and that he was the first to recover. D-████ asked if he could take the day off. Dr.████ answered that he had to go to the medical bay for further examination. D-████ was eskorted by 2 MTF to medical bay soon after. Dr.██ lead the examination of D-████. D-████ started to giggle and laugh at Dr.██ before launging at him. D-████ bit Dr.██ in the neck, killing him instantly. D-████ proceded to [DATA EXPUNGED] Dr.██, before walking out of medical bay. D-████ continued to act normal and walked back to his cell. Dr.██ and the 2 MTF were found the day after and the alarm was sounded. 4 MTF were sent to search the facilaty for D-████ with orders to kill at sight. D-████ broke out of his cell and proceded from one D-class to the next. D-████ was responseble for 16 casulties at this point. The termination of D-████ was set as an alpha priority by all MTF on site 19. D-████ was sucseesfully terminated 05-07-████ at 05.34. The muckus found in D-████ had been mutating inside D-████. At the time of death D-████ was containing 11 liters of SCP-3053 under his skin. How D-████ managed to act healthy is still unknown. D-████ managed to infect 11 class-D, 2 scientists and 4 MTF. 17 personnel designated for termination and decomposition.
