Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a repeating game of 圍棋¹ currently being played in the geographic center of the Pinnacles Desert, Australia.

SCP-XXXX is played according to the traditional rules of 圍棋: Two players, one controlling black stones and the other white stones, attempt to capture territory on a board by surrounding either empty liberties² or groups of enemy stones. The end of the game is reached when both players pass consecutively, with the victor being whomever has the greater score after the number of stones they have lost has been subtracted from the amount of territory they have captured. A resignation by either player will also conclude the game.

Two identical entities have consistently played SCP-XXXX since its discovery. These entities, designated as BLACK and WHITE for the sake of brevity, are physically identical human males. Analysis indicates that both entities possess human anatomy despite a lack of standard biological necessities.
