Special Containment Procedures: As there is no means of physical containment for SCP-0000, procedures must focus on finding and stopping any instances of SCP-0000, as well as the containment incineration of SCP-0000-1 and any materials with instructions on how to enact SCP-0000. Appropriate key words have been added to the search database, and agents embedded in locations around the world experiencing war and uprising, as well as areas measuring high official poverty measure (OPM) and homelessness rates. Any agents who detect signs of SCP-0000 will immediately flag the area for quarantine and try to locate and detain any instances of SCP-0000-1. MTF Gamma-5 (“Red Herrings”) will be notified of the SCP-0000-1 and begin immediate extraction extermination.

All instances of SCP-0000-1 will be transported to Site-54 and kept in a standard humanoid containment cell after interview for observation and study into the origin of SCP-0000. After the events of Incident-0000-Alpha, the destruction of materials containing information related to SCP-0000 and instances of SCP-0000-1 has been deemed a priority of the highest order. MTF Gamma-5 has been given the green light to use lethal force as well as widespread use of all amnestics, as deemed necessary by the current head researcher. All communications from the head researcher will be relayed through the MTF Commander.
