Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4595 is to be contained in a 1mx1mx1m concrete cube within a 5mx5m standard containment chamber with the entrance puddle on the top face. The walls, floor, cieling, and door of SCP-4595's containment chamber are to be lined with 1.4 cm of stabilized lithium-7.

Description: SCP-4595 is an opaque liquid substance that takes up a negative volume. When poured onto any surface, instead of acting like a normal fluid and filling a space, it creates new space inside of whatever surface it was poured onto at a ratio of 1:100. On a 1cm thick plate, pouring SCP-4595 will result in a 1m deep hole all the way through the plate, where when viewed from the side it shows to still be 1 cm thick. The only currently known element that SCP-4595 has no effect on is lithium. SCP-4595 has a color similar to SCP-4595 is very viscous, and impossible under any means to swim through, and any attempts will result in the subject sinking into SCP-4595 and [DATA EXPUNGED].

Addendum-4595-01:
SCP-4595 was discovered on ██/██/19██ in ██████, Finland, inside of a [REDACTED] lithium container, half buried in the ground in a nearby forest. Locals claim that they had never seen it before, given class A amnestics, cube excavated, and delivered to Site-██.

Addendum-4595-02:
D-1714 was ordered to touch the surface of SCP-4595, the subject submerged his hand into the liquid, and it immediately bound to his skin, creating anomalous geometry within his flesh. D-1714 pulled his hand back in surprise, subject was removed to have his hand scraped with a dull lithium blade to remove SCP-4595. Liquid returned to containment chamber with lithium bucket.

Addendum-4595-03:
D-6326 enters chamber with orders to submerge himself within the pool in the middle of the room. Subject complies, and begins sinking into the liquid. Subject cries out in distress after 2 seconds of the subjects legs being in the pool and is completely submerged 5 seconds later. Subject's body never found, presumed dead.
