A notepad that writes possible futures
The notepad appears to be a normal A5 paper booklet, bounded at the top with a metal wire. When the notepad is opened every page is filled with small descriptions of possible futures of the person who opened the notepad. The furthest the notepad can predict is roughly 15 minutes however at least 1 of the predicted futures is guaranteed to happen within that amount of time.

This creature was brought to the attention of the SCP foundation by local authorities in a small town in outback Australia. The creature appears to be a large spider, roughly the average size of a fully grown horse. the creature has eight long sharpened legs and a layer of black fur around its body. the spider has a humanoid face, resembling a 10-year old boy with hazel eyes. the creature has the ability to imitate a young boy's voice, often screaming for help while hiding in darkened areas.

This SCP was discovered in a small abandoned town in northern Russia. The building was noticeably undisturbed compared to every other building in the town, being the only building that has no apparent structural damage on the outside. Upon entering it a clean room with a set of chairs, a table, and a red carpet fill the room. Trying to break any object in the room or the building itself will result in significant injury to the person attempting to break something while repairing any damage almost instantaneously. Removing any of the furniture from the building will result in the interior of the room to appear smaller while the exterior remains the same size. If all furniture is removed from the room, opening the door will result in the room 'resetting' to full and all furniture in the room is replaced. If extra furniture is added to the room, the interior will appear to increase in size while the exterior remains the same size. No upper limit has been discovered yet.

A stuffed doll that replicates the appearance of the closest person to it
The doll was discovered in an orphanage in Washington DC. The doll takes the appearance of the closest person to it. Anyone near the doll who can see it will have their memories altered to believe the doll always had that appearance. The doll retains the appearance until every person nearby is no longer looking near the doll. After being placed in a room by itself and separated from any other people, the doll appears to go completely white. After leaving the doll alone for several hours, the doll began to shake violently and any device monitoring the doll is destroyed.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5038 is to be contained within a 8 ft, 8 ft, 8 ft steel cube. The cube is to be well lit at all times.
At minimum one class B personal must be monitoring the SCP at any one time.
If power were to be lost to the containment facility than every entrance to the cube is to be well lit until the backup generators have power allocated to the cell.
Description: SCP-5038 was brought to the attention of the SCP foundation by local authorities in █████ Australia.
It appears to be a large spider, roughly █ft tall and ██ft wide, the creature has eight long sharpened legs and a layer of black fur around its body. the spider has a humanoid face, resembling a ██-year old boy with ████ eyes.
the creature has the ability to imitate a young boy's voice, often screaming for help while hiding in pitch black areas. SCP-5038 will remain hidden in the dark until either a light source reveals it's hiding place or a living being enters the darkness. In both situations, the creature will lash out in rage, entangling the living being in a string like substance that traps its prey permanently, afterward the creature would start to devour whatever it has trapped. SCP-5038 has been monitored eating other SCP-5038s if they enter their territory. The species has been shown to leave the legs of its own kind that have entered it's territory to display clear borders for others of it's kind. will leave the bones of the creature it eats, however, the bones will be coated in the stringy substance SCP-5038 excretes.
All attempts to break the bones after being coated have resulted in all tools being destroyed. It is believed that the substance could be used to create indestructible objects. Class D personnel are to be sent in to extract as much of the substance as possible before SCP-5038 is able to attack them.
Objects created with SCP-5038 are to be labeled clearly (SCP-5038-1, SCP-5038-2…)
The substance, after sufficient testing, can withstand heats up to ██████^oF. The substance can withstand ██████MN of force before bending.
Currently, ██ living SCP-5038's have been contained and the remains of an estimated ███ have been recovered for further testing.
