Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is to be secured in a locked, 30 cm by 30cm titanium safe with no contact to any personnel unless specified by a Site Director or level 3 personnel. SCP-#### should be surrounded by no less than one two (2) guards at a time.

Description: SCP-#### is an early 1850’s fountain pen with a wooden base and gold engravings that has seemed to survive for hundreds of years without any wear.

Upon attempting to write with SCP-####, it should be noted that any words written with the pen will be written in the Blood of the subject who is writing. The method that the pen uses to obtain the subject’s blood is unknown, however the supply of “ink” in SCP-#### is limited to the blood in the system of the subject. It should also be noted that SCP-#### stops all production of new red and white blood cells in the body once a subject picks the pen up.
