Special Containment Procedures:History records are to be changed to show that the Philippines has 7,107 islands, instead of just 7,093 as indicated by records before the manifestation of SCP-5000. Also, the Sentosa part of Singapore is to be made to appear as naturally made in records.

Meanwhile, Class-C memetic agents are to be released to purge any memory concerning SCP-5000, particularly with reports of 'floating islands'. 'Rabbit attacks' are also to be focused on by Foundation surveillance.

A research committee is to be established to determine SCP-5000's nature and source, and to aid it in recovering its memories.

Description:SCP-5000 is a human male who appears to be middle-aged and of Oriental descent. The subject is only proficient in Classical Chinese and three Southeast Asian dialects.

Meanwhile, SCP-5000-1 is its biplane, notable for its red-striped markings, and appears to have limitless fuel. One of the its main characteristics is its fuselage, wherein instead of fuel, SCP-5000 would deposit all the materials as stated in its first behavior below.

SCP-5000-2, on the other hand, refers to the Chinese hare (Lepus sinensis) ; it is non-anomalous, and accompanies SCP-5000 especially when SCP-5000 is to use SCP-5000-1. However, observations have revealed that it is proficient in molding wheat grains and spices using its hindlegs.

There are two main behaviors of SCP-5000.

The first is that SCP-5000 would collect material from nearby countries Asia ; per trip, these materials are usually 20kg of steel, 10 coconuts, and 200kg of dirt. Afterwards, SCP-5000 would then fly towards an uninhabited island, and deposit said materials. This would continue until there is enough to cover the island, with the amount of dirt roughly corresponding to the amount present in 50km.

This would cause an Islatica Event, wherein with SCP-5000 observing the materials, rabbits would spontaneously appear. Using opposable thumbs not present in normal rabbits these would then form the materials into an island with an interconnected system of rails, which would then begin to float. The whole process takes the course of over 30 years, with 20 years being spent to collect the materials needed.

Meanwhile, the island would then crash back into the sea after 40 days ; 80 percent of Islatica Event products end in this manner.

The second is that SCP-5000 would then gear up SCP-5000-1 to cruise at steadily increasing altitude. However, at around 12km above sea level, SCP-5000-1 would then crash down. This behavior has happened around three times under Foundation observation.

SCP-5000 currently lives in Aparri,Philippines, in a small fishing community, under Foundation surveillance. Its biplane has been confiscated, and put in Site-234, a site located in Batanes.

Historical records have indicated events of a male using a vinta to deposit materials in a manner similar to SCP-5000's, with the exception of steel during 1235 to 1754, and was considered to be a folk legend.

Interviewed: SCP-5000

**Interviewer:*Dr. ████ ████████]

Foreword: This interview is to determine the nature and origin of SCP-5000, and is conducted several hours after SCP-5000 was detained. Dr. ████████, from the History Department, was brought in due to his ability to understand and speak Classical Chinese.

<Begin Log>

Dr. ████████ Good day, SCP-5000.

SCP-5000: Likewise.

Dr. ████████ Would you care to explain your motives and your behavior ?

SCP-5000: Ah. (Adjusts chair, and is silent for several seconds). That is for the rabbits to play.
Dr. ████████ Rabbits ?

SCP-5000: Yes. They need frolicking. In any case. (Sighs.) There's another reason.
Dr. ████████ What is it ?

SCP-5000: (SCP-5000 is silent for several seconds.) I cannot remember…my mind is fogged up. It has been like this for several days. Can you give me a day or two ? I will say what you wish for me."
Dr. ████████: Alright.
<End Log>

Closing Statement: Memory analysis on SCP-5000 revealed that an unidentified memetic agent bearing parallels with Katapatan-03, was affecting it. Research into this is still ongoing.
