Description: SCP-XXXX is a seventeen-inch bronze statue of an unknown humanoid form, measuring 8.5cm in height and weighing 33g. It is comprised of two solid bronze halves, each weighing between 5 and 10 grams, fused together with a glass glue capable of distorting its shape. It is assumed that SCP-XXXX was modeled after a human being that was buried alive along with several other members of its tribe, having been mistaken for a "figurine" and being removed for centuries before being modeld after in its present form. A metal button is present at the base of SCP-XXXX, and the second and third button beneath the statue, apparently used to manipulate it and control its movement, according to historical documentation, has been removed. SCP-XXXX attempts to push this third button to move or to cause it to fall; since its button is used as an internal measuring device for the portion of its metal body that is covered with blood, the button remains in place until the amount of blood required for its activation is reached. The reason why SCP-XXXX was buried under the ███████ Museum was a complete mystery. Investigation has not yet been initiated, as the paintings, instruments, and other possessions that were found during the removal were stolen by SCP-████ during a recent Containment Breach on ██/██/████. However, it should be noted that the possibility of SCP-XXXX having been forgotten is unlikely, due to the fact that the museum displays exhibits and displays the actual objects themselves, including the inner workings. Description: SCP-XXXX is a large black piece of iron approximately 2m in length, 2m in width and 0.5m in height with a small hole in the middle for a signal to go through. Its properties allow for the transmission of any electronic signal, to any electronic piece of equipment. All electrical current through it seems to also flow through itself, and a small electromagnetic field radiates out from the center. The same field is present in the target of SCP-XXXX, which can be chosen through a normal computer interface by running a coaxial, or ethernet cable, through its small hole.
Discovery:
SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties were first noted in 25/12/████ by equipment used to communicate to a Stray communications satellite belonging to the █████████ Agency. This satellite has been shot into solar orbit, due to a computer error with the launch vehicle. During the transmissions the planet could be seen at a distance in which it was calculated too far for signals to reach the satellite, causing Confusion within the █████████ Agency`s personnel. When interviewed several like days later, the Director for the █████████ Agency described SCP-XXXX as emitting noise like Hammer or Drill, nothing like sound similar to the regular industrial mechanism through which it was used It was later found that employes were attempting to run a Coaxial cable to a Communications machine through SCP-XXXX, to weigh it down so that it would not pose a Trip Hazzard, and the Anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX were accidentally activated in doing so. All Employes since then have been given Class C amnesiacs since them, and SCP-XXXX has been taken into foundation custody, beginning at Site 11.
