Item #: SCP 4033
Object Class: Safe/Euclid/Keter
Special Containment Procedures: The entities are to be kept in a concrete containment chamber with a glass roof to allow light in. They have broken down the floor into dirt and planted new flora, which is to be trimmed every two weeks to keep it from growing tall enough for the entities to hide in. The foundation has attempted to repair he floor, but the entities would destroy any repairs within seven hours
Description: Scp 4033 are people shaped out of apple trees. Scp 4033-A appears to be a teenage or preteen girl and Scp 4033-B a boy between eight to eleven years old. They behave like normal children their age would. Scp 4033-C is an immoblie tree in the shape of a young woman. Though it shows no anomalous qualities, the foundation is keeping it under observation. Biological testing has not shown that any are any different from regular apple trees.
A and B can extend their limbs to unknown limits and known to be able to puncture:
- Human bodies
- Certain metals
- Trees
- Wet concrete
Their limbs can be severed and broken like average tree branches and appear to cause the same distress as a human experiencing the same trauma. The entities can regrow severed limbs extremely quickly, though the foundation hasn't tested what would happen if a vital area, such the head, were to be severed.
The entities are usually cordial, if not friendly, though both will go into a violent frenzy when separated. This was found out when staff attempted to take Scp 4033-B out of the containment chamber for studying. The entities killed several staff members and it took a tactical team severing their arms before they could be re-sealed into their containment chamber.
Despite the fact that their abilities indicate that they would require extra nutrients, neither entity requires sustenance beyond what a regular apple tree of their size needs.
Addendum: They were discovered in the home of a recently deceased man in 2016. The man, presumably their creator, kept detailed entries of how to create a plant person. The journals were written in old Russian. The man also kept records of how he immobilized Scp 4033-C.
He detailed his creations' emotional ranges. Scp 4033-A only displayed anger, fear, and joy. Scp 4033-B felt varying degrees of fear, anger, joy, confusion, remorse, and sadness. Scp 4033-C fluctuated unpredictably between, quote, "Blind rage and manic joy".
