Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be held in a locked weapons storage closet. If an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 is found, it is to be reported to foundation staff as well as any administrators in charge of the medium containing the information. Administrators are to be informed that the confession is false. If more than 30% of the people exposed to the false information continue to insist on its validity, information is to be taken down and amnestics are to be subsequently administered.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a Tokarev SVT-40 sniper rifle. If a fatal gunshot is fired from the rifle, a leaflet, news article, audio or video recording that is an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 will be generated within a radius of 200 kilometers of the death within the following week. The message will be a confession by the deceased, portraying them as a hypocrite. It will contain a statement contrary to what they felt the most passionate about in their lifetime. All written messages will be a maximum of 2 paragraphs in length. All recordings will be 2-3 minutes in length. Every instance of SCP-XXXX will list the initials of the interviewer as "S. V. T."
