Special Containment Procedures: there must always be at least three (3) D-Class personnel within any house that SCP-XXXX is currently "renovating". All entrances to said house must be heavily secured so that a blockade does not occur. All current inhabitants of the house must be evacuated immediately.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a series of workers from the painting company [REDACTED], based in █████ ███████, USA. As such, they are localized and only affect a twenty five (25) mile radius from their headquarters. All attempts to locate the headquarters have failed, seeing as they do not drive back once their work day is done. Despite this claim, attempts to locate SCP-XXXX at night time have all failed.

Once "renovation" begins on a house, they will spray paint any windows in the house either a clear coat, which makes the window blurry, or a dark brown. As soon as this occurs, that window cannot be opened, closed, or broken. If the window is on a door, that door cannot be opened through any means. If there are any patios on the house, they will be blockaded with paint cans, paintbrushes, the homeowner's furniture, and [DATA EXPUNGED]. If the house has more than one story, ladders will soon completely engulf the house, as SCP-XXXX has no other means of reaching upper-level windows.

Subjects exposed to an instance of SCP-XXXX find that they do not want to disturb it and that they are "just doing their job" and that they "shouldn't get in the way".
