Special containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be contained in an underground soundproof room made of concrete and steel. The room must be at least 20m under the surface.
There must be no surveillance in the room in which it is contained as to not trigger the effects caused by looking at the entity.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 2,50m tall humanoid figure with four arms, covered with black fur and wearing a white mask of a cat. It has white bioluminescent eyes that seem to be able to move freely on its head.

Looking at its eyes for more than 5 seconds causes uncontrollable laughter to the subject, sometimes killing it due to the inability to breathe. Subjects who survive the laughter suffer from severe headache, hallucinations and progressive loss of movement.
SCC-XXXX will occasionally laugh loudly and the subjects who hear it will suffer from severe headache, hallucinations and roughly 12 hours after hearing it, the subjects will begin self mutilation to the face removing their lips, cutting their cheeks and sometimes removing their eyes and ears,
Victims of direct attack from SCP-XXXX have their heart and eyes removed and their cheeks cut open making them look like they are smiling.
