Special Containment Procedures: SCP-10331 is to be kept 9,000 miles below ground near [REDACTED], in a 7cm x 7cm x 5cm airtight glass cube. The lift to this SCP is only to be used by Level 5 Personnel.
Description: SCP-10331 is a horn in the shape of a boa constrictor measuring about 5cm in length. If the end of the horn is squeezed, the honk will play at a volume of approximately one hundred and twenty-five thousand (125,000) decibels, causing anyone within a range of around 1,000 miles to go deaf immediately, and will have frequent migraines for an extra 25 - 30 years.
SCP-10331-A is a ghost that has been reported by [REDACTED] to have played the horn several times in the past. It is invisible to surveillance cameras and doesn't often play the horn so it isn't a threat to the viewers of the surveillance cameras.
