Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 10m x 10m concrete cell with a singular bed provided. SCP-XXXX is allowed to request items, although these items are only to be granted at the approval of a researcher of level 3 clearance or higher. Video surveillance is to monitor SCP-XXXX's cell at all times.
In the case of testing, all D-class are to be equipped with earpieces and hidden microphones. before any bet is accepted, researchers of clearance 3 or above are to review the bet made and inform D-class via earpiece whether to accept or not. In the case of a bet being unacceptable, D-class are to be retracted from the cell and testing will proceed another day.
Description: SCP-XXXX Heavily resembles a human both physically and biologically. SCP-XXXX has proven capable of speech and tends to talk frequently not unlike that of what a human would do.
SCP-XXXX is dressed in a tan and grey sweater-vest and tight-fitting khaki pants, along with a grey fedora perched above his head. Despite resembling materials found on earth, when tested the fabric the outfit is made out of matches nothing on the periodic table and has proven to be quite durable and resistant. when asked where he got those clothes, SCP-XXXX simply replied "I got it from a friend of mine down on mars, real cheap prices but good quality I tell ya". SCP-XXXX seems to have a gambling addiction, and after a basic introduction tends to ask anyone he meets if they want to play a card game such as poker; if they accept this offer, SCP-XXXX instead of currency or earthly objects, often puts anomalous objects he materializes out of his coat into the pot. After SCP-XXXX puts these objects in the pot, he often gives a short and vague description of what they are and what they do.
