Special Containment Procedures: The M.o.L. are to be kept away from all organisms. It is to be locked in a platinum box. Then a Iron Sphere. Next, a 5 meter layer of Buckypaper. Then 25 meters of Graphene. Thermal detonators and claymores as well as destabilizers around them are to be placed. All precautions are also taken so nothing can enter from within by any circumstance. 500 heavily armed drones are to accompany them as well, they are to have missiles, a M61 Vulcan, and multiple types of sight including heat, night, ect.
They are to be seperated, one is to be drilled into Mount Everest, then refilling the hole with Graphene. The other being sent into the abyss of the Mariana Trench, Challenger Deep. Any organisms including SCP personal, even the O5 Council cannot be be within 1.34 miles of The M.o.L.
Temporary Containment Procedures: NONE unless a Apollyon class SCP is to be found, nothing is done, and in that case, The M.o.L. are to be used to eliminate or capture the SCP.
Description: SCP-000 is a set of 2 markers, one that is red, and one that is black. The black is the one that draws, and the red is the one that creates life. With the black, if on the same item it is being drawn on, drawing a SCP, then a X with a number will create that amount of the creatures desired as found out.
When a S with number is written by the side as well, its size will be multiplied by the size, this can also be negative. You can also write, T, you can write traits that it may have, including anything and as many as you can think of. With the letter V, you can change its visibility with 1 being almost completely invisible to 9430 as visible.
The Red Marker is the more dangerous one, for when you place it on where you drew with the black, everything on the descriptions that say about it will come true and the SCP will come to life. And for every time it is used, 100,000 million people die, so if multiple are made, in do time, all of humanity will perish unless a SCP that can create human life is created in its absence.
O5 council is made along with the SCP foundation including 32 people
Izumi Kato is asked questions. He is asked how and why. All he is reported to say is he drew a statue and just wrote, listens to master and moves when it is not seen, and multiplies as a joke. He states that a message was engraved in his mind as soon as he picked up the markers. He also states that the messages somehow told him what to do, somehow.
News around the world says millions have dropped dead, SCP Foundation looks into it, government denies but foundation enters either way into the zones where deaths have occured. Some where whole families, this happened in 37 countries across the globe. Lowest O5 council member meets with government to form alliance, goes well, still not fully trusted though.
Izumi Kato is then asked to create one more, SCP as he said they would be called earlier in a undocumented interview by the O5 council themselves. He drew a building and wrote down this as well, X, with a question mark, S, another question mark, T, he wrote holds SCPs, almost impossible to escape, and finally with V, he put 1. Then he put the red marker down on the drawing.
They were all in a large building, cameras, containments, anything imaginable. They turned on a T.V. that was there to reveal that the news cast was on again, one reporter was missing though. another group of people have died. They all looked at at the markers. O5 council locked up the markers and apparently killed Izumi Kato for he was never reported leaving. Maybe he died when he placed down the red marker. For all we know, 173 killed him could have killed him.
This is 2 days after SCP-001 was released, an Apollyon Class SCP, known as The Scarlet King. 3 O5 council members killed, 2 OC council members committed suicide, and O5 council director is going towards the SCP-000 containment areas. Many of the human race is dead, a mere 250 million have survived at most.
O5 council member is accompanied by 32 armed SCP guards. They reach SCP-000-A; The Black Marker. They get ready to leave Everest, Apollyon Class SCP-001 knows of it's own danger and appears behind the group. 11 including O5 council Founder are left alive.
2 days after incident, they reach Mariana Trench. Drones are down and drills are used when at bottom, minor crack in window, slowly grows bigger. 10 minutes in to drilling into casing and reach SCP-000-B. 3 durable subs are about to implode. The accent begins as one sub implodes and blood is seen for a millisecond before imploding as well.
O5 Founder is reported to draw a large vault with a small opening. As he writes on it, it's size would be 100 times bigger than the drawing, not visible, and only made to contain Apollyon SCPs with no escape or interactions with other SCPs. O5 Founder screams in anger as the rest of is team dies around him.
O5 Founder writes down the multiverse SCP. O5 Founder dies along with the rest of humanity, new realities are made, and the original deserted with grass and trees with animals ravaging the area of dead humans. The Old Planet is now known as SCP—001
